The location was great, felt very safe and central, especially on Sunday for the Avenida Paulista walking street. The door code was convenient to use to enter the apartment, but it was a bit confusing entering the building by communicating with the facial recognition since we do not speak Portuguese. The apartment was clean and modern, and offered many useful amenities. Although the apartment was a bit small, the terrace was very spacious and had a nice view of the city. The rooftop pool in the building was also beautiful, but we were unable to use it at nighttime since there were no lights.

The apartment was a bit small, but that is to be expected for a city apartment. It was inconvenient that there was no luggage storage, as checkout was at 11am, but we had a flight at 10pm and had to pay for a separate luggage storage facility.

The property was confortable and the fact that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it more comfortable to travel with our son. It is also very close to Avenida Paulista, metro, restaurants and shops. The host were prompt to respond and willing to fix little issues.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment wasn’t too clean. The floor wasn’t clean properly and the shower in the master bedroom was a little dirty. I requested a cleaning service and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

Safe area. Walkable distance to shopping centre and restaurants and local shop to buy water, milk etc Small apartment but comfortable. Luckily aircons in every room. Some sheets were dirty on arrival by they replaced early next day. Tv wasn’t working. They never came to fix it. We were out most of the the time so didn’t worry too much

The language barrier is a huge problem. Hardly anyone can understand english. You struggle to ask a question for anything. We translated on our cellphones. People are generally friendly though. But just be careful about your surroundings when taking out your phone. If you plan a stop over in São Paulo come prepared. Download a translation app for restaurant menus etc. Nothing is written in English anywhere. Not in shopping malls, restaurants toilets, streets. No where. If you are lucky you will pass someone who speaks english 1 out of every 100 person maybe😀

Rooftop pool, location and apartment was modern with good aircon.

Was challenging to access - and had limited instruction as to how to get in. Facial recognition didn't work. There is 24hr concierge which can be accessed at the gate but nobody explained this in advance and they only speak Portuguese!

Location was fantastic! We felt safe in this area which was a great concern of ours. If you go there is a bakery around the corner around 5 minutes walk that has excellent pao de quijo.

The communication with the host was a real struggle. They do not speak any English. In addition, the kitchen is quite small and they lack the classic inclusions (no salt, oil etc).

Property was great such a good location.

The apartment lack wifi and bathroom was not clean, had flies, mold I reported such to the customer service. Bathroom had mold and a cleaning staff went the next day just to clean 1 bathroom.

Loved the location and the ease of access to building and flat.

No parking was a challenge.

Not enough towels.

Very clean , comfortable, full kitchen, espresso machine, micro wave, iron , secure and good location.

Little noisy and missing extra power connection next to bed and study table.
