Beautiful staff and wonderful breakfast and cleanliness was what made our stay very comfortable. The cleaners do a fantastic job cleaning the rooms and you feel so comfortable staying in a lovely refreshed clean room. Flowers were also put in the room as a homely gesture. I would stay at Yalis again as the cleanliness made it feel like a home away from home. Christina was also very helpful and had a beautiful caring nature. We would most definately stay at Yallis again as it exceeded our expectations. Loved the variety of breakfast and thank all the staff at Yallis for welcoming us.

Perfect location, quietly situated away from the main harbour (Patitiri) yet easily walkable back into town (as long as you don't mind a few steps!). We hired a car for our stay which gave us a lot of freedom to explore the many incredible beaches (Milia, Kokkonikastro and Tsoukalia among our favourites) and go up to the very charming Old Town and to Sunset Point just beyond it. Our hotel room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette and great air-con. We had the most wonderful sea views from our balcony over beautiful Votsi Harbour. We really enjoyed the lovely pool, several little terraces and sitting areas and bar, again all with the most wonderful views and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. From arranging our taxi transfer from Patitiri port, advising on local restaurants and showing us the footpath routes back into town, to the loveliest cleaning ladies keeping everything spotless and leaving fresh flowers in our room, it seemed nothing was too much trouble! The breakfasts were fantastic, wide choice of delicious hot and cold dishes, a highlight of our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Alonissos, such a beautiful island - our first visit here but definitely not our last! Yalis Hotel was perfect for our stay and we plan to come back here just as soon as we can.

Honestly nothing to dislike. The only small point was that we couldn't find a way to prevent the shower water from escaping and soaking the bathroom floor - a wider shower screen is perhaps something the hotel could consider.

Our stay was fantastic. I don't know from where to start, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the little details, the super friendly staff, the breathtaking view over a quiet bay, the idyllic little walks to the closest restaurants and beaches. Everything but really everything was perfect. We felt at home the minute we walked in. Mary and Angelo were always there for advice or even for a little chat. The rest of the staff, Christina, Andreas, Adonis, James, and everybody else were accommodating all of our wishes with a smile on their faces. The location of Yalis couldn't have been better, quiet but not isolated. The pool was with salt water, and the pool bar had everything you needed. The breakfast had good variety and overlooked the sea. We are definitely coming back to Yalis.

Absolutely nothing

Just about everything. The staff are warm and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The shower is strong. We could use their iron. There's a clothes rack outside to wash a few beach towels etc. The car park is large and free. It's easy to find. The breakfast is variable and plentiful. .

Nothing to dislike. However the hotel is 4 storeys high and there are no lifts. This could be tiring as built on a slope those on the lowest level have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the reception/dining area.

Breakfast area was fantastic,beautiful views great way to start the day.breakfast is self was excellent, fresh orange juice especially good. Our room was excellent beautiful views from our balcony that we enjoyed most nights.the staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had , specially Mary who greeted us every morning with a lovely smile.

Beautiful views. Can walk to a nice organised beach with 2 restaurants and possible to walk to the port without luggage. Staff were helpful.we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. If you are looking to explore the whole island it might be worth hiring a car.

The little kitchen in the room could have offered tea/coffee/milk. There was only hanging space for clothes so nowhere to put none hanging clothes. The was only one light weight blanket for our 2 kids.

Where to start…a beautiful, immaculately clean hotel with a fantastic pool & bar in an amazing setting. Lots of very comfortable sun loungers with lovely fresh towels provided. The room was stylish, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was perfect to start the day. Staff were polite, pleasant & very helpful. The location was up a hill so had stunning views, quite a few steps but manageable and definitely worth it. A quiet area with just a few lovely tavernas nearby.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

We had an amazing 4 nights stay in Yalis hotel, the views from the hotel were outstanding. Quiet place to relax and disconnect. Important to mention that the staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was really comfy and facilities were extremely clean. The swimming pool with the views of the ocean was incredible beautiful. The breakfast was really tasty with plenty of fruits everyday. Located in the Votsi area with a nice beach nearby for 5 min on foot and tabernas, and you can also walk to port Patitiri 10 min by foot but you need to go through a shortcut. We definitely recommended it!!

The superb location and its extraordinary views! The hotel has some of the most friendly and helpful staff we’ve ever encountered, they were always smiling and at your disposal with any request you could have! The pool has sea water, which we found to be very nice and extremely beneficial in days you wouldn’t want to travel that much! Also worth mentioning - the big room, that has everything you could need and again, the staff that always kept it perfectly clean, even with Daniel Cyclone ravaging the neighboring islands and flooding some rooms in the hotel (we later found out that it has been the worst storm Greece has ever experienced in its history of weather recording!). The staff and cleaning personnel were exquisite in keeping everything in order and never once giving us the impression that things were out of their control. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay even in those scary days!

Fantastic setting built into a cliff overlooking the sea. Phenomenal views. Spotlessly clean and spacious room Good breakfast options and lovely pool bar and pool again overlooking the sea. Angelos and his team looked after your every need.i He arranged a bike for us to hire and gave great tips on where to ride and eat.10 out of 10.
