From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spotless but also thoughtfully maintained, with fresh linens and attention to the smallest details that made the stay extra comfortable. Cleanliness here is clearly a top priority, and it shows. The location could not have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and cultural spots. Whether I wanted to explore or simply relax, everything I needed was just around the corner. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the staff. Every single interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. The front desk was incredibly helpful with recommendations, arranging transportation, and even offering little local insights that made my trip special. The housekeeping team was consistent and reliable, and I always felt cared for as a guest. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of cleanliness, convenience, and outstanding service. It’s ideal for business travelers, tourists, or anyone who values comfort and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and will be recommending it to friends and colleagues.

This is one of the most value-for-money accommodations in Vientiane. The rooms are spacious and even come with a living area. You can enjoy a direct view of the Patuxai (Victory Monument) right from the window, and it’s just a short walk away. The hotel also offers a small gym and swimming pool for guests. Although the breakfast selection is limited, it’s more than enough and tastes not bad. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Credit card payments were accepted without any extra 3% surcharge, which is a plus. However, the private car service arranged through the hotel is slightly pricey — it's recommended to use a ride-hailing app for better rates.

Traveling around Asia for several weeks: This was by far the best accommodation I had. Spotlessly clean, lots of space, first-class, modern facilities. Best breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Since I had to go back to Vientiane on the way back, I naturally booked the hotel again.

There are two points that could lead to criticism, but they didn't bother me at all: 1. The apartment has a kitchenette, but no equipment, dishes, etc. For me, it was only important to be able to make coffee and tea and to have a good refrigerator. 2. It is a bit outside of the center. In my opinion, this should be seen as an advantage, as it is quieter and you can easily drive into the center at any time for around $2. But you save a lot of money if you compare it with hotels/rooms of the same quality in the center.

The Urbanite is a relatively new building on the edge of the center of Vientiane. There are several other hotels of the same category in the vicinity. There are small stores opposite for drinks and snacks. It is a four-star hotel and we can fully confirm this standard. It offers all the comfort and convenience you need when traveling. We spent four nights here as a family with two adult children and it was wonderful. The first positive feature to mention is the reception staff. At the front desk, the always friendly smiling Ms. Kham, Ms. Ti, Mr. Yeehcell, Mr. Chantaree and Mr. Wim made sure to fulfill all our requests and answer our questions. It was truly remarkable. Whenever we appeared in the lobby, one of the five staff members would greet us with a friendly face from behind the reception desk. The breakfast was very special and delicous. There were four Laotian main courses with rice, a different delicacy every day. The variations were very varied and extremely tasty. I would love to have this cook at home. For lovers of continental breakfasts, there were omelettes, bacon and sausages. There was also a fruit bar with lots of fruit and other delicacies. The buffet chef was also very friendly and always eager to answer any questions. Very, very good service, really. Of course, I don't want to forget the room service. Whatever you needed, towel, soap or anything else. They were always there to help in a friendly manner. So great! (a big "Thank you" to the staff for everything)

there was really absolutely nothing to complain about... except that the very hot chili oil ran out on the last day, well, I could cope with that with the delicious food ;-)

if you ask them to book some transportation, it def. over-charged. Just book yourself with the Loca App. They charged 15 USD for 10 mins drive (should be like less than 5)

The Urbanite Hotel was a clean and pleasant place to stay. The shower was amazing, with excellent water pressure, although the sink pressure was a bit too strong. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's also just a short walk to some great restaurants.

One drawback is that the pool is visible from the windows on the floors above, which may feel like a privacy concern.

Very nice place to stay for visit Ventiane city, the room was ok, near you can find all your needs. A lots of things to do.

We had spent 70 days 'on the road' in SE Asia and the Urbanite was supposed to be a treat, a bit of indulgence after a long list of budget accommodation. We had a lovely time at the Urbanite hotel and felt truly pampered. The staff were polite and courteous but also friendly and kind. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day and had a great feeling of spaciousness about it. We loved the kitchen and bathroom, indulged in Netflix and enjoyed the views from the balcony. The breakfasts were great and it was a treat to try a different breakfast menu every day. We made daily use of the lovely swimming pool and look forward to it after trudging the hot streets of Vientiane. The Urbanite gave us time to relax, indulge and recharge our batteries.

There was nothing not to like.

They work behind the scene yet they make their presence known in the whole building.

The room was very well equipped for cooking and resting, and the bathroom even has a washing machine, with a drying rack in the room. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The AC was powerful and perfect for the hot Lao weather. The location is quite good, about 300m from the Patuxay monument by foot, and around 2km from the main tourist area, so it's very quiet and calm.
