I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kriopigi! I want to express my gratitude to a few special staff members who made our visit exceptional. First, a big thank you to Dimitrios restaurant manager. At the hotel's restaurants, the team of experienced and attentive staff truly goes above and beyond to fulfill your dining wishes. Their warm and courteous approach creates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that your dining experience is not only delicious but also a true reflection of genuine Greek hospitality. I want to give a special shoutout to Nicolette, the lifeguard. Not only did she do an excellent job ensuring our safety at the pool, but she also recommended the best places to visit. Thanks to her, we explored Athitos, Kalithea, and Khanioti, all of which were amazing. Nicolette is the best, always ready to help everyone with anything they need. I hope she will be here next year too! The pool area is great, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Nicolette did an excellent job and made us feel very safe. A big thank you to the shuttle driver who took us to the beach. He was always nice and made our trips very enjoyable. I loved that there were friendly cats around the hotel; they added a charming touch and were not disturbing at all. Overall, our stay was perfect. We've already shared our experience with friends and highly recommend Hotel Kriopigi. We hope to return next year as well!

I didn't have a great experience with the reception lady. She was a bit rude, or perhaps just tired, which made interactions with her unpleasant. This was disappointing, especially given the high level of service provided by the rest of the staff. I didn't have a great experience with the bartender too; he was a bit strange. When I was choosing a drink and mentioned that I didn't know what to have, he responded with, "It's okay, you are a woman." I believe the bartender should speak more friendly and professionally with guests, offering helpful suggestions for drinks.

The room was clean, with a daily routine. Clean towels, clean sheets.

There was a guy in the restaurant who took your glass of juice from your hand if you were on half board and told you you have to pay for it. I don't understand this policy of the hotel, to make you feel like you're under investigation. Allow the people to have a drink, they paid for relaxation, not overwatch.

We liked the swimming pool and the facilities in general. Our room was pretty nice and comfortable

We didn't like the attitude of what we thought was "the head of the waiters" at all: even if there was no sign or any sort of information about what kind of drinks you can take if you paid for the dinner but you are not a customer with the "open bar package", he complained about us taking a coke and a beer and asked us to pay for them (he said we can only take water even if it isn't written anywhere or it wasn't even communicated by anyone to us). We also saw him taking full glasses from children's hands and throwing them away for the same reason. We felt like being under investigation at every meal. Awkward!

The hotel is partially renovated and the lobby was really nice.The food in the restaurant was really delicious. The view from the 4th floor, where was our room was marvellous.

The 24/7 reception was exceptional. They were also very helpful before the stay in providing the information about how to get to the hotel via public transport (heads up: it costs less than 15€. One has to get to KTEL CHALKIDIKIS and then take a 1.5h Bus to the Hotel :) Greek drivers are also super helpful, so you can always ask them for help :) ) I only had breakfast included, which turned out to be a very good decision, since the breakfast Buffet was very tasty and rich, so I didn‘t really need lunch (a few small things I bought from the store nearby were enough). And I could have my freedom for dinner to try out restaurants around or just to sit in the beach Bar till dark :)

Maybe bathroom needs refurbishment We have Half board, and for dinner needed to pay extra for 2 small beers( we been charged as 2 large) Cocktails cost 10e,which is overpriced Would suggest to have only BnB, and have lunch/dinner outside hotel as there are plenty nice restaurants Hotel is nice, and good location, so would recommend it

The hotel was clean and the food was good for an “all inclusive “ style. The waiters were friendly and all the time helping everyone. The view from balcony was nice.

The hotel need a total renovation. The elevators were very old and often they did not worked. The room need a renovation also , because everything was old . The pool was so small and couldn’t withstand all the tourist, it was overcrowded. The position is far from the beach and those who hadn’t a car stayed at the pool. They had a minivan to take people at the beach , but that was an expensive beach . So if you have an all inclusive , it is not very appropriate. Fortunately we were with car and we enjoyed.

The room, the pool, and the breakfast was excellent. Also, there was organized day schedule minivan drive to the beach and back to the hotel. Highly recommended for families with children. We enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure.

To improve the wi-fi network in the room as it is stronger when you are in the pool and restaurant area.
