The property is really wonderful. I don't really understand the large amount of negative reviews. It was freshly renovated. The rooms were not the biggest but perfectly enough for the price. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms clean, the common areas very nicely decorated and furnished. There was an outside seating area where you could also buy drinks which was a nice addition. The highlight was definetly the pool. Perfect temperature, a great refreshment opportunity during the hot days. There were also sunbeds available. You really felt like in a mini resort. This was also true about the breakfast. Plenty of choice to choose from and great quality. Staff was friendly and helpful and the property is located about 15 minutes from Ohrid center by walk. We would really reccomend this place to anyone staying in Ohrid. A hidden gem and a great choice. Looking forward to the next time.

The only thing we would like to point out for improvement is the showers. Since there was no shower curtain in our bathroom, water got everywhere. The fact that the drain didn't drain properly added to the problem, resulting in a flooded bathroom after every shower. We managed, but this is a point of improvement we would like to point out. Otherwise we had no complaints.

The Villa was right in the middle of the bus station and city center, 10-15 minute walk both ways, so we didn't have trouble getting there after arriving in Ohrid and then continuing on to the old bazaar after a quick rest. The breakfast was decent, and the room had a small balcony with a nice view.

The bath tub would not drain so it was uncomfortable showering with water up to our legs :( the staff didn't know how to drain it either. That's the only thing that made our stay uncomfortable. And I wanted a queen bed but they only had single beds pushed together

- Breakfast included in the price - possible parking behing the gate of accomodation - pool at the back of the accomodation was a big plus - nice room - great staff offered us small welcome drink bottle shot - wifi signal in the room was okay

- only few parking spaces, not guaranteed at arrival - small choices of breakfast, for few night nights its okay and breakfast starts at 8:30 (we didnt mind) - missing curtain in shower, so water was everywhere - far from lake, but we didnt mind, since we knew that when we booked the place

We asked to leave our luggage for a few hours at the reception and Staff kindly accepted it and took care of our bags until needed.

The check in and check out time slot was different then it was stated on Booking site, but Staff tried to provide us with the room fastest possible.

could not use the pool but that was only due to the weather 😸

The team were very friendly and accommodating as much as possible. The rooms were ok but not the cleanest the ac didn't work and there were a few little issues like the above however this did stop us from enjoying the property.

There were a few little things I didn't complain as I didn't want to be a hassle however I am confident of I said something they would of addressed the issues as much as possible.

The property looks exactly the same way at it is advertised on the photos. I liked the great hospitality of the staff, very friendly, always smiling and kind. We got a welcome drink and arrival and were given the option to choose the room that we want. There was a good selection at breakfast.

The only slight problem was that the shower was leaking. As a result, there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor. It could be easily solved if there was a mop.

Quite good room, with comfortable bed. Free private parking, not for all rooms, about 10 places, but you can find in front of hotel nearby. 10 min walk from lake. Nice large pool and garden. Good breakfast, they fill often when miss something

Breakfast should be improved, as they have 4* accomodation, even if is vila not hotel. There is no yoghurt, more species of bred.

The location isn't at lake border but it's nice because is more quiet. 10 min walking, market near and the bus station is 3 min by car. Parking avaliable. Wifi working. The balcony is nice, good and confortable room and bathroom. Two confortable twin beds. Staff is nice.. But I didn't saw the pool at some hotel photos..

They don't serve breakfast at low season..but informed before.
