The hotel is set back a little from Frigate Bay (at Half Moon Bay), in a quiet location facing the Atlantic Ocean, but is still within reasonable distance of Frigate Bay (20 minutes on foot along the golf course and around 5 minutes by car). Because of the location, you need to be aware of this when booking, but it's not hidden. I had booked a room with a balcony, and asked for one with a view of the golf course and the Atlantic - which I was able to get. The room was clean, quiet and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful with any requests you may have (booking a taxi, organizing a tour, etc.). The same goes for the restaurant staff, who are very kind and professional, making the meal all the more pleasant. The dishes (of American and Caribbean inspiration) are good.

I think that shower gel and shampoo dispensers should perhaps be installed instead of the small bottles in the bathroom, as this would be more practical and would provide more capacity. To avoid confusion (and disappointment), perhaps it should be possible to book (and therefore guarantee) a room with a view of the Golf course directly - which is not guaranteed at present, depending on occupancy and availability. Also perhaps improve the quality and variety of the continental breakfast and extend the opening hours of the restaurant (until 10 p.m. for example, instead of 9 p.m.).

Lovely hotel, ideally located next to the main town and airport. Staff was very kind and helpful. Will recommend staying.

Only one restaurant available which was a bit expensive. But with the special offers over the weekend like Indian night and lobster night, it was worth it. Limited supply of coffees and teas in the rooms, which weren't replenished daily. And room service took very long to deliver food ordered with some mistakes in the order. Could be better with fly control at the daily buffet.

I liked almost everything about my stay. The staff was polite and friendly throughout, always being there to assist my wife and I with whatever was needed. The hotel facilities such as the pool and gym were decently equipped and the environment overall was always pristine and clean. I personally loved the design aesthetic throughout.

The mini-fridge was extremely weak, struggling to cool even a few small drinks and making food preservation questionable. We were forced to rely on ice from the front desk. My major complaint though is that the room had no microwave. If we wanted leftovers warmed up, we'd have to go downstairs and ask a staff member to do so, which isn't something that's safe to do using styrofoam containers. Above the mini-bar area was a large empty cupboard that could more than accommodate a small microwave and some plates. That it was just left empty is just confusing and inconvenient.

Even though I went as a local I was treated as if I was new to island. I LOVE THAT because I too work in the industry and would have met some while booking other places in Skb and the level of professionalism was slack. But the staff was exceptional. I spoke with Kenisha on the phone. Checked in with Tiffany dealt with a short male who's shift ended a little later than Tiffany, short with long hair. The accommodation to surprise my spouse was there they did everything to make sure I can give him that experience. Mr GQ and Mr Kool I can't remember his name. The young lady who was there when we got back from dinner I was surprise she said welcome back. All the staff who worked on the 29th April 24 from I check in at 12:30 to when I left the 30th April 24. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. But some eggs would be nice.

There are no eggs or sausage for the continental breakfast even if its just either or, however i understand we enjoyed it nonetheless and the drinks should be on ice at all times. Even the welcome drinks

The hotel is on the Atlantic Ocean - amazing views- but the water is rougher and not gentle for swimming. Can’t walk to any restaurants - must take taxi or have car rental

Must take shuttle to Caribbean beach - coffee is not set out for easy access - unless you include continental breakfast must be paid for - they were doing construction and the noise was distracting and not relaxing / the leaf blower going early am.

The staff were absolutely excellent and particularly the receptionist, Kashika, who went out of her may to make sure I was comfortable. Similarly one of the shuttle drivers, whose name escapes me, was outstanding. Waitresses too were always friendly and cheerful.

While the continental breakfast was adequate it was overpriced. There was no toaster that I could see and no yogurt. I only had it once.

The location was so quiet. Other than the two planes that left on some days - you were in complete silence. The breeze off the ocean was excellent. The parking was great - some people said there was no parking - there is.

I cannot put my finger on it - it felt a little transitional. As if they were still working out kinks or something. We took the continental breakfast option for 7 days and it did not change one bit. A little variety would be nice. The food was OK.

Breakfast could have been diffrent meals for each day on rotation. Location is quite and nice but a little far from nodal areas and where to access things to purchase. The hotel assisted plenty though, transporting us to the beach for free and to the airport with a reduced price

Their staff made is so cool that it is hard to fund what you don't like. So NOTHING that we don't like

The night when we arrive at the hotel, the reception service was excellent but there was a misunderstanding about breakfast being included, and we found that breakfast options were less than what we expected, nonetheless the overall experience at the hotel was very good.

My sleep was interrupted when I woke up at 4:45 am to a loud fire alarm sound inside the room that lasted for about 40 minutes. Guest service did send assistance but when the engineer arrived the loud noise and flashing lights had stopped.

The continental breakfast for not as great. I guess the a la carte menu may have been better. However my steak dinner was exceptional. The property is not far from areas I visited which was great. The room exceeded my expectations. I traveled with my baby so the room was superb. Will definitely stay again.

I did not have any dislikes.
