Hotel has been updated, just about everything is brand new, to include elevator. Large room with comfortable bed and a table with 2 chairs and a desk with 1 chair. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was amazing- one of the best we've had in our month long trip around Germany/Austria. Spa was nice, had a dry sauna (85C), a bio sauna (35C) and a very nice rest area with chairs and beds, kudos. Less than 1km from amazing hiking/run along river, did a 10miler every morning, loved it. Hotel is not on lake but it isn't too far away- had a nice dinner on lake, many good restaurants near by.

Great hotel overall, with very hospitable owners! Basically everything was great: - very tasty breakfast with good selection of food, fresh bread (7:30–10:30) - great sauna, with a relax room and snacks - night snack (free!) and tea/coffee (around 2€) available at any time - clean, comfortable rooms

A double bed would be better with a double mattress, not 2 single mattresses. It's not comfortable to slip closely tother, one person slips between these 2 single mattresses.

Close enough from Kochel train station that we could walk with our large luggages. Patricia was incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting options for entertainment around the area. The room was very new and clean. Just a very nice country side accommodation with friendly staff. Another plus point was the amazing included breakfast. I'm sure everyone will be spoilt for choice with the options available.

Everything was great there wasn't really much to complain about.

Well-run family-operated hotel. Very cozy, clean, and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. We only stayed for two nights on our recent trip, but we loved every bit of it.

The breakfast was very nice both food and table setting. The guest room was clean and spacious.

The shower is completely open to the room, which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. The balcony is too simple for my taste.

Sparkling clean, fresh renovated, stylish quiet place. Amazing breakfast. Great location: close to restaurants, not far from the lake, bus route to Walchensee.

Amazing staff and a great hotel with really nice design. They even offered a place to lock up our bikes. Breakfast is also amazing with fresh and local food.
