I stayed a single little cozy room but I’m a tall and the bed was too small for me.

Everything was great, the traditional Bavarian design, the hearthy breakfast, the room, the delicate attention the host had to every detail, such as lighting a candle for breakfast. The location was very convenient for me, near the railway station and grocery stores, with a lovely view to the mountains. The host, Mrs. Richter, is the most lovely and hospitable lady, my train was very late due to the strike and she even waited for me at the railway station, at 23.30 hrs, so that I had no problem finding the location!

Really nothing to complain about, it was a great experience.

Everything was lovely! Friendly staff/owner. Perfectly located (train, supermarket, town centre). Spacious apartment and great balcony. Definitely will be my choice next time travelling to Oberammergau!

Mrs Richter was very kind and helpful. She gave us a free local bus pass and offered to help us with our boarding passes if we needed it. She gave us interesting information about the local area. The hotel was in a quiet place but near the centre. The breakfast room had lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast itself was fresh and tasty. I would willingly stay there again.

car park was next to the building. easy in and out. very quite area of town., easy walk into town. train station 100 meter walk. no train noise as this is the last stop. Paula, the owner, is fantastic. great person. makes you feel like this is your house. breakfast is more than you can eat, fresh and well presented.

Paula and her family went out of their way to provide a lovely experience. My room was very Bavarian in decor, with a bed to die for! Clean as a whistle, fabulous breakfast. Have to mention Maria who helps on the property, what a sweetheart, will do anything for you. Also location was great, close to the train station, and a 5 minute walk to the center.

A lift?!! No I was on the second floor of rooms and have issues with my knees, and Percy not to do steps if I can avoid them. Also traitor an extended period of time I had a very large suitcase. They were so helpful when I left. Men could not have done it better! Danke shun Oauka and Maria!

Very welcoming accomodation, comfortable and clean. Great location, close to the river and downtown.

This place was great! The work ethic of the owner showed in the place, its cleanliness, the great breakfasts, the congeniality of the staff and the rooms, with a view that was beautiful. Their balcony was wonderful, to feel the fresh mountain air and to see the beautiful flowers with mountains in the background. It was idyllic. It was close to the bus and train terminal as well as to the Passion Play, which was in itself exceptional.

We stayed here for two nights. The place is very clean and comfortable and owner is realy kind. We traveled every day to Garmisch - P to ski which took about 30 minutes. Village is nice with places to hang out. Fresh and tasty breakfest - you can smell the coffee to your room in the mornings. Fair price.

Homely atmosphere and breakfast. Very nice hostess. Walking distance from charming little town. Jogging distance from hiking trails and the spectacular mountain peak Kofel.

A detour from the highway. And not in Oberstdorf, as Booking called it.
