We absolutely loved our stay! Our room was not outdated plus there was a big balcony with stunning views. The breakfast was good. The little town itself is very beautiful and the hotel is near to the center so you can walk everywhere and the walks are very pretty. Kids can enjoy a little indoor pool, we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves - great timing. I can imagine that it can be crowded when several families are using it at the same time. Parking is outside and the location is great for discovering Bavaria. The staff is also very helpful.

We stayed one night on our way to Italy. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was very good, the room was okay. The wellness area was amazing. There was EV charging available.

There was a conventional car blocking one of the two EV charging stations. This is rude and should not happen. There was no door between the two rooms of our junior apartment, so it was difficult to put kids to sleep quick.

Breakfast was excellent and offered many options. Dining room exceptionally clean, organized and comfortable. The proximity to town was perfect, just a few minutes walk across the River and there! Just adjacent to the hotel is a small playground where we enjoyed playing table tennis with our grandson while the younger child played on the play equipment (for the younger set). The rooms were comfortable and in the traditional Bavarian style. We enjoyed having a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the wonderful view.

The shower in our bathroom was not draining properly and caused us to call for service twice. Parking was somewhat limited; but we always managed to find a spot.

Excellent room, with a fantastic view. The sauna and gym / workout room were nice to have - manage expectations though, they are not a full gym and sauna, but they are a great unexpected addition. Breakfast is great, and dinner, if you choose to eat here, is extremely good. The process of hiring a bike is easy and cheap for the day, if you have a few hours to spare. The selection of off-road and around-town bikes is good. You will not find racing bikes here, however.

Everything! Wonderful facility with everything we could want. Great location. Breakfast was super and included salmon and champagne. The bar tender was super friendly and accomidating We are already thinking of a return visit when we can stay longer and enjoy more of the wellness amenities!

With the exception of one staff member who treated us rudely...nothing! The rest of the staff more than made up for it!

Stylish design inside of the hotel, sauna, breakfast, stuff, the room, sound-proof windows. We were provided with the bathrobes for sauna. The stay was great:)

Almost nothing but two things. Mattresses are too soft, therefore sleeping was a bit uncomfortable (not get used to soft mattresses). No slippers 🥲 (the floor was not cold though).

It was stunning. Accommodation was comfortable, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated keeping in the Bavarian tradition. Breakfast was amazing and generous, restaurant was lovely and views from terrace were spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also upgraded to a bigger room. We just loved this hotel.

The only thing we wished for was a better view.

Breakfast was good, however some rooms in breakfast rooms are dedicated for special guests (Family ...). It would be nice to infrorm guest by booking. Anyway hotel is in perfect location, quiet, helpfull staff, swimming pool.

I ordered a fried steak and received a medium-rare, while the waiter asked twice.

Location was fantastic in Oberammergau. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance, including the one inside the hotel itself. Very good location if you are attending the NATO school. Incredible staff.

It was very warm during my stay. Room had lots of ventilation, but without a fan to help move air around it felt very stuffy and stale. There were string lights right outside my room. They turn them off at midnight I think, but it was bright while trying to fall asleep.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful. Highly recommended!
