the location and the view are amazing few restaurants within hundred meters , breakfast was good and the staff of the restaurant were super friendly , amazing SPA and pool , free parking

i paid around 300 euros for final cleaning but in check-out they asked me to clean my room, also room service and cleaning was bad

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The property itself is truly amazing, with every facility you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Everything was immaculately clean. The rooms were spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the decor felt modern yet cozy. The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning. The highlight for me was the swimming pool, which had an unforgettable view of the mountains. The perfect spot to watch the sunrise or simply unwind. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the whole experience feel effortless. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. The location is also excellent, cable cars and beautiful lakes are just a short drive, and there are supermarkets within walking distance (about 10 minutes), making it easy to pick up anything you might need. This resort is ideal whether you’re looking for a family holiday, or just some time to recharge.

The breakfast menu remained unchanged during our 5-day stay, so adding some variety would make it more enjoyable. Additionally, the reception closes around 6 PM, and the provided contact number directs to the reception desk itself, which offers little help after hours.

Loved the location, the Zugspitze is unreal to wake up to! Staff was also very attentive and helpful with activities to do around the area! Breakfast had a great selection of food and the warmed pool/sauna were a great way to settle down at the end of the day.

The only thing I wish was fixed is the wifi, we had family to contact and ended up spending over 40 euros each for data. The wifi was down when we arrived and they were gonna fix it the next day. The day after, the reason it wasn’t working was “too many people in Ehrwald” and the third day we asked was that wifi isn’t compatible with iPhones… we gave up asking after that.

We loved the location, the beautiful view of the mountains from all rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety including vegan options, which was important to us. The rooms were large and comfortable and we loved the cozy decor throughout. The wellness area was even nicer than pictured on the website. It was great to have the garage parking area.

The only thing we didnt like was that the kitchen did not have an oven. Its such a large kitchen and there would be plenty of room for a stove which is convenient for warming rolls in the morning or baking a pizza etc...

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the rooms and facilities were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. The downstairs restaurant was spacious with great food — breakfast was excellent, and the dinner menu offered good variety at a fair price. The wellness area was also great, nice saunas and great heated outdoor pool. Highly recommended!

Maybe only the fact that the bed was a sofa bed and not a real bed but that is when you have one bedroom. Nothing really

Lights in the kitchen were not good. Cooking in the darkness was a bit hard. It was very warm week, so were the bedrooms. A/C could have helped - or possibility to keep windows open - now we couldn’t because of the continous tobacco smoke coming from the next balconies.

Spa & pool excellent. The grounds were maintained very well. The apartments were to a very high standard & looked amazing. The location was brilliant & the views were spectacular. The staff on reception were very friendly & helpful.

The pillows were too soft. Would have liked an iron in the apartment. The apartment could be a little dark at times, more lighting would help. Went for dinner one night. We booked for 7pm & we didn’t get the main’s until 9pm. When they arrived 2 were wrong but the waiter wasn’t taking any responsibility & we were too hungry to argue. Seemed like they were short staffed.

A perfectly located facility that caters for all your needs and requirements. Excellent staff who give their undivided attention to the customer , lovely dinner available from the restaurant followed by a well presented buffet breakfast . Highly recommend by a party of 8 people who travelled from Ireland 🇮🇪.

The ground floor room was really big and stylish. The terrance was great and the kitchen was well equipped. The spa and saunas were like a heaven after long hiking days. In overall, the room and the hotel were clean, modern, and cozy. Several trails are accessible directly from the hotel.

Accessing the room after 7 p.m. was a pain. Booking.com contact property messages were ignored. My emails were not read. I had to call three times to receive details to access the room after the reception was closed. The check-out was already at 10 a.m.

Walking distance from the city centre, private shared parking garage with lots of space. Towels and bedlinnen can be changed on request. Breakfast is good, wide variety of choices.

Whilst there was the ability to charge your EV or hybrid car, the spots were very narrow, so difficult to use.
