Very nice and friendly staff. Although Hotel and rooms are a bit outdated, the place is very clean and comfortable. Very nice SPA zone. Wonderfull view on the Mountains from balcony.

Not big choice for breakfast and it is same every morning. If you stay there for a week, not the best option.

A Cozy stay with relatively friendly staff. It is just a woman and her son mostly running the place. The room was large, nice and warm (stayed in the winter) and the bathroom was large with a modern shower.

You have to pay the night before (which you would only know if you happened to read the information book in your room or if you can read a small sign, in German, behind the counter. Staff can appear rude if not used to Germany.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The morning breakfast was a beautiful buffet which was enjoyed by our group. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff took pride in the cleanliness of the whole establishment. Their dinning room was closed but they recommended some local establishments to eat which were great to eat at.

We could not find any problem with this establishment.

We had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and the kids loved the loft. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I'm surprised by the negative reviews (which I knew of going in) as this was not our experience at all.

Very cute and homely feel to the property. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view from our balcony.

We didn’t feel that welcome at check in, just given a piece of paper to fill out and the lady went back into the back of her office without saying much at all. No information at check in. Was kind of rushed to the room and told breakfast was at 8. We had to come back down to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The area by the stairs up to our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.

Lovely old-fashioned hotel in the traditional style. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Really quiet despite the proximity of the road. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The staff's English seems a bit limited. Check-in took a while because the manager couldn't find our reservation in the system, and I was told in no uncertain terms that my handwriting was to blame.

I had a view from my balcony of the mountain with the cross on top. What a tremendous bonus. Breakfast was delicious and the dinning hall immaculate. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

I did not like having to pay extra to use the whhirlpool.

Position, location, qualità of food!

Even if one of the staff is young, he doesn't speak English so well!

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and the room had a lovely balcony and view. The parking facilities were a plus! I will come again for a longer stay.
