Travelling with a one year old, we were delighted with the playroom they provided, especially since it rained so much. The breakfast buffet provided ample variety, and the woman in charge was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't get over the size of the rooms! Situated a mere 2 minute walk from the center, we enjoyed walking not only the main street but the side streets as well.

The receptionist never seemed to be in. I really hate when you arrive and there is a key in a box with a pin! Fotunately the breakfast lady helped us out quite a bit.

The breakfast was great. Good variety of options and they had local items which was nice. The location was also very convenient and the hotel provided a parking pass that worked throughout the town of Oberammergau. Everything was walkable including the cable car to go up Laber Mountain. The hotel room was spacious and there was a small balcony off the room.

The toiletries in the room weren't great. There was only one soap in the bathroom and no distinct shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I also wish that there had been a way to have tea/coffee in the room since most places in the town closed pretty early.

Lovely, family atmosphere. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy, quite spacious, with all the necessary facilities, incl. well equipped kitchen annex. The place is pet-friendly, wo of you're travelling with a dog or cat - this is a perfect facility. Located very close to the center of the village, but also a bit outside in a quiet neighbourhood. The room had a view to the Koffel mountain - additional positive feature.

No negative observations. I would not change anything.

Cozy and comfortable stay in absolutely the best location in Oberammergau. We had a huge room with a large balcony facing the mountains with a picturesque view. They had everything we could ever want in our stay to make the best of our vacation!

Great Family Run Accomodation in Oberammergau. Nice base for our family holiday. Garmisch and Zugspitze are all within reach. We stayed over New Year's and the celebrations in the town were great. We had Room 12 which was an apartment and well equipped for all we needed. Breakfast is available. Would stay here again

This Gasthaus is located in the center of the town, and it is easy to walk to the town's dining, hiking and shopping locations. Our apartment was clean and comfortable- we stayed there for a week, and used it as a base camp for our excursions. The breakfasts were my favorite part- with plenty of delicious options, including homemade jam, and abundant coffee.

Location was perfect for centre of Oberammergau. Everything you could walk to. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a budget room and it was great

We liked everything but maybe only one improvement for us (and only because we are vegetarian) there could be maybe more vegan options at breakfast but other than that it was all perfect

Staff were extremely friendly let me stay later until my transport was ready for pick up. Gave me a lovely room with a balcony with fantastic views.

Very cosy and comfortable hotel with friendly hosts. Everything is clean and aesthetic. Very tasty breakfasts, beautiful views. Highly recommend this place👍🏻 It’s even better than I expected! Opposite there is a good Italian restaurant with delicious carbonara and lambrusco. Also not far from hotel there is a restaurant of German cuisine “Alte Bolt” with tasty Bavarian dishes!

Everything, the stuff, the room, location! The room was so equipped, we had all that a person needs in a kitchen and room. The staff was very flexible and they let us check in earlier since it was low season
