Excellent spread at breakfast; the staff catered to our family's allergy problems very well. Special mention to Chef Tanaji for going out of his way to prepare different dishes for each meal, so there was variety! Neelima also looked after us very well. We were supplied with picnic hampers for our outings, and had a very good time overall. Also, very comfortable chairs in the rooms.

A bit difficult to get hold of housekeeping via intercom. Had to call the front desk each time, and request them to send someone.

I could not partake the buffet breakfast because I had an early morning flight, however, on request the chef had arranged a packed breakfast for me, according to my taste and wishes. i appreciate that.

I felt the property looked a bit old and the carpet in the corridors a little dusty. Also the lift carrying directly to the pool needs overhauling.

Excellent location, great staff and good food. Overall a great place to be and stay was comfortable. Breakfast menu was great and so as the taste. Courtesy extended was amazing and bonus was pet food which was not charged and bed provided to our furry baby.

Room Size could have been bigger. Light in the balcony attached with the room would be great but no complaints as we enjoyed a dim light dinner. Bathroom looks old fashioned which could be renovated.

The whole property was clean and well laid out. The pool was particularly clean and the chlorine content was reasonable which is a rare thing. The rooms were well kept and the washrooms clean. During breakfast Chef Tanaji took special care of us and paid attention to our needs and ensured we had a great breakfast

Rooms does not give vibe of staying in Taj. We changed the room twice. Rest everything was perfect. Staff always available you help

The hotel and staff met our expectation of true Taj service and class. Early check-in as requested was appreciated. Adjoining rooms as requested was appreciated. Special mention of Jhilik at Reception, who was informative and helpful. Special mention of the dinner staff -- sadly, we didn't note down their names. Overall, a very good experience.

Nice restaurant but tired greek salad with no onions and lettuce so limp it was drowning in olive oil.

Car valet service: they broke the step off my Land Rover then loosely hung it back probably hoping it would fall off and I wouldn't know bit was their doing! They then lied that a car had done the damage: according to their security! In which case why had they not told me and as they were security and my car was in their charge what had they not apprehended the car driver? Fact is their driver had damaged my car and they hoped to deceive me. Very poor response from Taj management whom we have known for 48years!

Like other Taj properties the food was very good. The house keeping staff and the dining assistants were very courteous.

The rooms were not upto 5 star standards. They had certain malfunctioning units which were taken care of request.

The breakfast was good. we were particularly touched by the care and hospitality shown to us by Mr. Rajendra Sane in the Gym and Ms. Nirmala from the breakfast area. I didnt realize that Mr. Rajendra was a professional body builder. I think it might help if you publicize this fact in the gym. As a means to inspire.

Not everyone in the dining is trained. For eg: I found that the waiters would take our cutlery (And we were seated) to give it to another table. [or]- not all items were served in the same manner. The bath tub for shower is not practical. Its best to have a cubicle for shower. Its safer, hygienic and affords more space.

The hotel itself has a matt finish kind of look making it appear as if some work still needs to be done (though I believe this may be by design). We arrived early and the rooms were unavailable. That was fine as we stepped out for lunch. The room was spacious, bed was nice and plenty of water in the room. It was hot and we were consuming water. Housekeeping was quick to respond to requests. Room service was good too. The breakfast buffest is a lavish spread. For dinner we chose Ala Carte which was nice. I like the Taj brand and will definitely consider staying here in the future too.

I was surprised to see no bathroom slippers. There was no mention of any additional facilities during checkin (eg Swimming Pool). Parking is out in the open and hence the car does get a little hot.
