Amazing hosts that were so kind and accommodating. The kids loved the games room, ok mum and dad enjoyed it to!. The facilities were really well kept and clean. Our villa was amazing and served us well. The shower and kitchen blew us away at how good it was. The kids loved the playgrounds and the ice-cream machine. We will definitely be back in summer to experience the hot chip machine! And to experience the rest of what is to offer as we had limited time to experience the parks full facilities.

The fact we had to go home :( We forgot to tell the owners but sadly our kitchen had a small colony of ants. I'm being very very picky though.

Been staying here a few times now, and just a wonderful place to stay at. Will be coming back as always. keep up the good work, staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

There is nothing that I would change. Stayed in the self contained units, just noticed the steps outside may need to look at, as they are a bit loose

The location and facilities were amazing! We loved the playgrounds and aviary too. Our room didn't look like much from the outside but it was beautiful on the inside and so comfortable with everything we needed and more! The staff were all exceptional too. The trees and birds and river alongside were so nice. We definitely could've stayed longer than one night.

The ensuite cabin we had was quiet and comfortable. Check in was smooth and we were offered a small bottle of milk, which was great. The bed was very comfortable.

Hiring pans for the kitchen was not something we had experienced in other Top 10 sites. The only mirror was in the bathroom but the nearest socket was in the main room so it was a little awkward to use the hairdryer.

Love the family friendly activities - tandem bikes, swimming pool, games room, jumping pillow and playground. Great option for family of 5 with double bed and 3 singles, good sized living room, kitchen and deck with bbq. Awesome double shower and double vanity.

That we had a separate detached deluxe unit just enough distance away from other units to give them peace and quiet should our daughter with special needs not sleep to well with not being at home in her own bed and get a bit noisy which puts stress on us trying to make/ keep her quiet. Our daughter loved the air pillow and had to do a lap around the park and into the games room every day morning and afternoon.

There wasn't anything we didn't like......

Well kept park, beautifully clean and hosts were delightful, very happy to help.

Accomm was a little small for the two of us, bed a bit hard and the toilets for the glamping tents were right outside the bathroom window.

Pensioners should be offered a cabin without a split level. Eg; stepping down from the lounge/kitchen to shower/toilet is not safe for pensioners, however the cabins are lovely and comfortable

We have stayed many times before and everytime we stay the staff are great the facilities are always clean and tidy and the playground is very good for the kids. We have no hesitation in booking another trip.

I’m was so happy with the room it was amazing but when we checked in I was a little disappointed to not have guests especially when I had booked for an extra person and they didn’t stay but could not be a guest instead, we understand the park was full for the day but I was told I could not have any guests for the four night stay , I was not happy
