The location is unbeatable. 10min drive to arches and 20 min to Colorado River, and walking distance to a great variety of restaurants and convenience. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was amazingly comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook. The pool is super nice to relax after a hike! The staff is soo helpful and willing to suggest places to go if you're a first time traveler like us. Miss barbie and the other lady are amazing! I was also delayed and they were able to accommodate everything so I had a check in which I really appreciated it. Is also very affordable for everything you get for the price, will be definitely coming back!

Not disappointed at anything.

We LOVED our 2 night stay at the Rustic Inn and the fabulous town of Moab. I wish we could have stayed a few more nights. Mandy was fantastic checking us in and giving us all the info we needed for our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for devices. The pool was great and the water warm. Refreshing after our long drive. We took advantage of the laundry facilities which are clean and inexpensive to use. Quarters available at the front desk. They also have great coffee in the lobby and keurig machines in the room. There are many restaurants and stores (including the lovely City Market) all within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and I hope we do... we would love to spend a week in Moab.

This room was an excellent value. We loved the location in town but still quiet- you could easily walk to most restaurants and stores. The room was spacious with lots of cabinets and a closet- very helpful when you are in Moab for adventures or with family. The pool was small but very nice. The room was very clean and carpet appeared new. The kitchenette area and large size refrigerator was great for us.

My only complaints were that the bathroom did not have its own sink, you had to use one half of the kitchenette sink, which was a little strange. Two super easy improvements to the area would be adding a small light above the sink and adding more hooks to the bathroom area- that would have made all the difference. But really we can't complain because the room was lovely and met all of our needs.

The warm reception that we received daily from all the staff was remarkable. The ladies at the front desk offered so many great areas to visit and activities to enjoy in the area.

The a/c was a bit weak and quite loud. Because of the heat during the first week of Sept, the unit was running continuously and was barely able to keep the room cool enough throughout the day/night. We stayed for a total of 7 days, so by the 4th night I was used to the noise even though the a/c unit was quite loud.

What a great location and price! One block off the strip so not loud. But so easy to walk to so many restaurants. I would take this over one of the hotels out of town any time. Very clean and spacious. The room had dishes, microwave and cleaning supplies. There is not a table inside to eat one, but plenty of room outside with the picnic tables. Room was quiet and fairly modern. I have recommended this place to several people already

It was a little weird that the room didn't have a bathroom sink, but really not a big deal.

Very clean and spacious room. Large refrigerator. Small kitchenette that even included some utensils. Coffee machine that ACTUALLY had cream and not the powdered crap. We asked for extra towels, that was not a problem. Biggest bonus was the small laundry on site. Two washers and dryers. Cost was $4 to do a load and they sell individual powdered tide boxes at the office. Very quick walk to the main drag with all the restaurants and shops. Maybe a 20 minute drive to Arches entrance. Heated pool with lots of lounge chairs, beach towels and a few giant umbrellas.

The Rustic Inn was a great place to stay even though when we pulled up and saw the motel sign I was worried because it looked a bit run down. The room was really great! It was large, clean and had a good sized kitchen area with a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave and was stocked with dishes. We really appreciated being able to prepare some basic food in the room. It’s a block off of the main street so it’s quiet and there are laundry machines available. The location is great-close to both Arches and Canyonlands

This hotel is located off the main street through Moab and thus was very quiet. The room was well insulated so that sounds from adjacent rooms was minimal. The room also was good sized with a full size refrigerator, equipped with Keurig-style coffee maker, mugs and other glasses and dishes if you bring food into the room.

This hotel does not offer a breakfast, but there are lots of places to eat within walking distance.

I enjoyed the friendly, knowledgeable staff at check in. They made me feel very welcome and provided good local information. The room was super clean and comfortable and the location about a block from the main drag was perfect. Very quiet but also very walkable for restaurants, etc. The old-school, physical room keys were a nice "rustic" touch.

I liked everything! No complaints at all and plenty of compliments. Would stay here any time that I was visiting Moab.

Excellent location, like that it is in a neighborhood versus a big chain hotel. Large parking area, very clean pool and barbecue area and has on-site washer and dryer. Each room has nearly full size fridge Plus microwave plus kitchen sink with all utensils/dishes. No breakfast included but can make my own. Very nice ladies up front. Great price pre-spring break!
