Wonderful breakfast in the suite living room every morning, the resort staff were super friendly and helpful, the villa was spectacular, slightly well used, but overall well maintained. Our 2 bedroom villa is big, the rooms are super comfortable and well appointed. There's enough space and walls between villas so you can hardly hear your neighbours. Location is great, away from the main streets and areas of Canggu, but near enough so you can get there easily by a Grab taxi.

The only minor complaint is that the overall lighting is rather dim, especially in the shower and toilet areas. Otherwise this is a wonderfully relaxing oasis in the middle of up and coming Canggu.

Friendly staff. Air conditioners to keep the room comfortable in humid weather. Spacious and well equipped bedrooms, toilets and open showers were a nice change of pace. Breakfast was visually stunning, healthy and varied, arrived on time and was prepared to the best of my ability with no inconvenience for late orders.

The marble tiles around the pool were very slippery and dangerous when wet. In fact, two of my family members slipped and fell, but luckily they were not seriously injured. After the fall, I laid a towel on the floor to prevent the children from having a serious accident when playing in the water. I think it would have been much safer if the flooring around the pool was made of non-slippery material. The breakfast was visually appealing and very varied, but the flavours were boring to repeat a week in a row. The fridge door in the kitchen needed to be closed tightly or it would stay slightly open, causing food in the fridge to spoil the next day.

Amazing property, was absolutely stunning and has the wow factor from the moment you enter the car park. We stayed in the three bed villa which was immaculate and just beautiful. Plenty of space, cleaned daily and all of the staff were friendly, polite, courteous and just outright impressive, they really wanted to help ensure our stay was the best it could be!!

Everything The pool the staff and how they welcome you how they treat you .. They care about every single thing and anytime when you need anything you can ask them any time I advise everyone who wants a private location to book this hotel

The spa it was not that good but the good thing that they do it in your villa which is great for me

The access to reception for older guests or those with concerns about mobility - lots of stone steps with steep treads and no handrails. A suggestion would be one simple handrail in the middle of the steps which could be used by people ascending or descending the steps.

Aya who helped us check in & check out is super lovely. Staffs here are by far the best we’ve encountered in Bali. Super attentive and helpful. Would def come back here when visit Bali again! So worth it!!

Maybe more lighting at night time in the villas although the current lighting fits in with the calm peaceful ambience.

The villa was spacious and well equipped .The staff were professional and welcoming. Also the location of the resort is in the center of Canggu.

The menu in the restaurant is limited . It has to be international.
