Trully exceptional experience exceeding the price. Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food, tidy rooms, great amenities, extraordinary surroundings, lots of privacy with very few visitors - already recommended to my friends and I’ll be back;-).

Liked everything and will surely come again, yet what could be better - sound of air conditioning and IT hardware in the rooms really doesn’t help to enjoy the nature. Had an idea to have afternoon nap outside my room, but instead of listening to the birds was struggling with industrial level noise of cooling equipment. Same with IT hardware (for wifi?) in room 2007. Such things should not be in living premises at all. P.S. Would be great to introduce some half day safari on camels adventure + camping dining in desert. Or some similar herritage attractions:-).

Our experience at Telal Resort Al Ain was superb from day 1. The staff was attentive, the place was clean and organised. The breakfast was delicious, and although the activities were limited due to it still being summer, the staff made an effort to make the experience special and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mohan for. the safari experience and for taking great pictures of us. Amazing to learn how the resort owns over 100km of land! Thank you, Mohan, we miss you and hope to see you and the rest of the team again soon. Thanks again and take care

As mentioned, some activities were limited. It would have been great to experience horse riding and falconry, but they were unavailable due to it still being summer. The resort is a little far from Al Ain city, but apart from that, these are the only "negatives" we can think of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be staying again.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa, it was outstanding, right in the desert, gazelle were walking past our patio. The room itself was really spacious and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent, with stone bath and solid wooden furniture. Nothing hadn't been thought about. We ordered room service for dinner, which we ate outside as we didn't want to leave the villa, The food was delicious. This hotel is dry but they allow you bring your own alcohol to have in your room. The pool area is made to look like an oasis, a really nice touch and there are lots of trees so the wildlife is abundant. Can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Telal Resort in Al Ain. The entire resort is absolutely stunning – from the breathtaking landscape and serene atmosphere to the spectacular views. The pools are beautifully designed and perfect for relaxation. The food was excellent, and our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. What truly made our stay special was the staff: not only were they extremely friendly, but also genuinely attentive and caring. We felt completely at ease and would return without hesitation. A perfect experience!

The location is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly peaceful. I truly admire the resort's dedication to preserving this natural habitat, allowing both wildlife and guests to thrive in harmony. It’s the perfect retreat for anyone seeking an authentic desert experience, free from gimmicky tours. The freedom to walk around the property and explore the dunes is a highlight. I also appreciated the policy against guest vehicles on-site—everything is within walking distance, and for those who prefer not to walk, the staff are always happy to provide transportation. Complaints about the short walks are unfounded, in my opinion. Speaking of the staff, they were the best part of our stay. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched; they made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Every single one of them deserves a raise! Regrettably, we only stayed one night but fully intend to return when passing through Abu Dhabi again. If you’re hesitant about booking, don’t be—you won’t regret it.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

EVERYTHING! We booked including breakfast and the breakfast was amazing. Fresh juices, perfect egg Benedict and delicious croissants. The resort also offered many activities like camel riding, ATV quad, safari etc. The staff were the sweetest, they went around in the evening and asked whether you needed anything else like drinks and even brought cookies. The resort was very big and spread out. Walking was impossible (also due to the heat) and you have to call a driver to pick you up everytime. The pool inside was too cold but the pool outside was just perfect. A highlight is to watch the sunset at the outside pool. Another highlight: the wild animals :) We would love to visit again, this time during winter season.

The only dinner option was within their own restaurant and the food quality did not justify the high prices for dinner.

The resort is located in a very beautiful reserve, and the hotel is peaceful and beautifully decorated. The pool looks fabulous is so relaxing. The staff is also very attentive and go out of their way to make your stay lovely.

Although we didn't opt for the room which includes breakfast at the time of booking, we were looking forward to pay for the buffet / or open breakfast in the mornng. Unfortunately this wasn't an option (neither open breakfast option) and only breakfast a la carte was available - this was a bit of a disapointment. I was also surprised to see shower gel and shampoo Made in China in the showers, I was a bit worried for my skin and was surprised to find it in a resort of this standing, especially that the UAE has so many local options, or at least offering shower gel fro a reputable brand would be better. The pool would deserve a bit more maintenance as well, especially the palm trees in the middle of the pool have wild herbs growing tall. All of these are quite surprising for the price tag.

The location is amazing. we stayed in the 1bd gazelle room, and it was superbe. The food is really tasty. Staff is really awesome. Breakfast is simple but superlative. The external pool made with rocks is something unique, the view, the silence are needed for a 2 days relaxation even with family and kids. the dinner in the room with the silence outside and the fire were the cherry on the cake.

curtains are missing for the day light, however, believe me i will not complain about this.

The location superb at the border of the desert. Gazelles are seen often. And a lot of birds which wake you up in the morning (very nice). Room is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Rooms/tents are not close to the reception so you need to call reception for a pickup. Walking is also possible but when the temperature rises walking up the hill is tough.

You need to pay extra for almost everything which feels a bit sad because this is already an expensive place.

Unique style, nice place, overall it's good for a few days.

Villas are not in walking distance to the main building what gives great privacy but on the other hand not always comfortable. They offer 24/7 pick up/drop off however you may feel it's not flexible. Anyway, something for something. Some parts of the buildings are not the cleanest. All my respect to the team, they are really helpful, we just did not understand the receptionist ;)
