The staff at Aloft Hotel Alain made our stay truly enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and provided efficient service. We also loved the decorations in our room. We highly recommend this hotel because of the great staff. The location was ideal for evening walks in the Square and easy access to nearby cafe and amenities, easy driving distance to malls.

The speaker beside the prayer room, which is still playing loud music, should ideally have its own separate control panel. Additionally, the main room lighting, currently controlled by a panel that switches off all lights, needs a separate dim light switch accessible from the bathroom.

There are many services, shops, and restaurants, available in the area within walking distance, there are 4 superchargers for Tesla, but not the normal 16 A chargers, however, you may use the 10 A sockets in the parking if you want to use your vehicle mobile charger.

There are no nature or special views from the rooms as the hotel is close to a stadium and surrounding buildings. If there is a football game in the stadium, you would hear the audience loud noise.

Rooms are spacious and clean, food was good and good price, pool is nice but as a hijabi it was not very comfortable, The sound of the lounge party was loud at night, the sound insulation is not quite good, Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is comfortable, staff are welcoming, good services around the area you can even go for a walk. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Room door doesn’t have a lock on the inside, as only girls staying in the room we were worried that someone could open the door easily

The room size was great and very well organized. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Clean, modern and well equipped.

I would have liked a family room as we are a family of four or at least given an adjoining room. It would have been better value for us then. The organization of the NY Eve party at the Rooftop bar disadvantaged people staying at the hotel which I thought was a shame.

The property’s location is ideal. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries, which adds to the warmth of the experience. Additionally, the value for money is outstanding.

The loud music coming from the rooftop restaurant, which continued until late into the night. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

Perfect spot. The property is super clean, and extremely comfortable, with a great comfortable bed and, a bathroom spotlessly clean and a fantastic size. Breakfast was a feast. The staff was kind and professional. The roof swimming and a bar with drinks and quick small bites are a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

I liked everything

We had a wonderful stay in an excellent room. The room was very spacious. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. We only spent two nights as this was a short trip. We wished if we could have stayed for longer.

Not sure why was the sink outside of the bathroom. If poeple are asleep in the room, this may disturb them.

The location is excellent, the vibes of the hotel and the decors are good.

I didn’t like that there is a shortage of staff (specially the guys who take the laguages). Also, parking staffs should be present as it is a not really organized parkings. Moreover, I asked for late checkout plenty of times until they agreed to extend to 3pm. I explained my situation that I need to do late checkout first because I will be coming more often to the hotel (I’m studying in university and my home town is Abu Dhabi, so I will be coming a lot to Alain and I really want to stay in Aloft) and second I have meetings online and my next class will be at 5pm. I’m only asking for late checkout until 4pm.

I was pleasantly surprised because it was my first stay in Al Ain. It was a very relaxing and invigorating break, its right next door the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium so great for events. It has excellent facilities, rooftop pool, restaurant and DJ at night, its fun. Also next door to the Aloft are many great restaurants and cafes... Easy access in with your car and easy access out. Highly recommended.

No faults at the Aloft Hotel.... I am a frequent flyer and I stay in a lot of hotel and I highly recommend the Aloft Al Ain.

The room was very spacious, with a decent view on Al Ain Square. The staff generally had a very good attitude and were making efforts to deliver good customer service. The design of the hotel is interesting. Good views from the pool terrace.

The bar food was average and most people were smoking shisha, despite there being a dedicated shisha bar downstairs, so we weren't able to enjoy a drink and some food without all the smoke disturbing us. The additional single bed was extremely hard, despite the main bed being very soft, this is the case in many hotels for some bizarre reason.
