Great view and nice resort. Very friendly staff. The hotel is tied with the Mercure and one can use facilities of both hotels.

The technical components of the hotel are old, for example the jacuzzi needed 12 hours to reach its temperature, toilet flushing did not stop, air condition loud. This wastes a lot of energy in a facility in the desert. The breakfast was ridiculous for a 5 star hotel.

I really enjoyed it.. Surely I'll come back again 😊😊

The doors for bathroom are very heavy.. And the spray for bathroom also not convenient at all.. Need extra towels..

- Extraordinary location - Feels nicer and more exclusive than hotel next to it - Pool is nice for swimming laps - Great restaurant next to it with nice view - Both receptions I encountered were really nice - Tv in the room is nice

- Parking should really be covered in such hotel. Cars get extremely hot and furthermore it’s a normal thing in ME and especially in such nice hotel - Music at the pool kept cutting off. It’s really annoying and interrupts otherwise enjoyable moments. Management should really fix this or just switch it off if you can’t fix it, better than song stopping and cutting 100 times throughout - Nobody from hotel answered my messages on booking prior to arrival - There were a lot of big cockroaches by the pool at night. Hotel could do some pest control at least in those areas

An unexpected surprise, an absolute little Gem in the UAE, a place of tranquility and relaxation. We had the best time, the hotel is lovely, the rooms incredibly spacious and a bath tub to die for! All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for anybody. Every single meal was excellent. House keeping were fantastic, the room was always kept beautifully. The hotel gym was nice, with a good variety of equipment however it just needs a little TLC such as a service on the cable machines.

The only little complaint I have is I would have liked have had more bathroom towels, there were no face clothes or bathrobes.

The staff was extremely friendly, the view was amazing, the croissants were exquisite, the little dove heart surprised they prepared for us was adorable!

The breakfast could have a wider selection (especially of juices & drinks), the shower would not turn to Cold (Only hot and warm) which was a little unsettling with the heat.

The calmness. Temperature controlled pools as per my kids, location on top of Jebel Hafeet allowing the most awesome views of Al Ain.

Staff were not helpful when we tried to cancel the booking well within cancellation policy time. I had a health issue and still ended up going almost by force since they were insisting on charging us almost 90% of entire stay. Booking.com wasn't much help either. Disappointing really. Hager on reception duty is rude disconnected a call mid-conversation. No apology. Restaurant at dinner time had one server and ended up serving us cold n very dry food.

I am not sure but I think it’s a new property. It was clean, staff was very supportive. We got the pool access room at the GF. It was very nice. Washrooms were clean and good amenities and toiletries but wasn’t that fancy. Water slides were good. We enjoyed them. Staff accommodated us for late check out. Very peaceful in night, you can take the beanbag or chair and sit outside and enjoy the peace and city view from the top. Weather in the evening was windy and good. Good break from the city.

Breakfast was good but limited options. Lunch/dinner, room service or cafes were expensive for the price. Taste was ok. We tried butter chicken that was good. But grilled chicken breast with mashroom sauce wasn’t that good, Chicken was dry. Chicken club sandwich tasted well but portion was small for the price. Coffee at the cafe is expensive than normal coffee houses but it’s with a good view so it’s fine.

The location is fantastic, and the hotel's altitude makes the weather temperature more suitable than the city. Rooms are modern and well-designed and are significantly bigger than average room sizes. The room's furniture is enough and functional. In addition, they do not cover any volume unnecessarily. Therefore, you feel the room is more spacious further its big size. Withal, our room had a balcony with a pool and mountain view. Besides, the balcony had furnished simply but nicely to stay enjoying the view. Staffs were so kind, gentle and helpful and their reaction duration against any request was quick enough. The room, bed, furniture, bathroom and bedroom were clean and shiny. All the personnel kit (dental, etc.) was placed properly The pool was operational with the responsible lifeguard, and the pool was big enough for the hotel.

The shower had a drain problem, and the water could not drain easily towards the drainage of the shower. This was the only misfortune for us in the hotel. But I am sure that the hotel will fix that kind of minor issue quickly to snug down their guests.

The design, layout and location are stunning. rooms included bathrooms are tastefully designed and well appointed.

Staff are poorly managed and slacking. On their phones watching tictoc. Cooks are not great; food is solid 3 star. Needs dynamic management and well trained staff. The staff are polite, friendly and obliging but don't have the training required for 5 star hotel service. My son getting a nail in his foot was no fun. Lots of building material strewn over the premises.

The service was amazing, staff was lovely, especially Monia who was an amazing host. The rooms quality and cleanliness was great and the AC was efficient and quiet. This is important to me. Breakfast was good enough.

The jaccuzi was not heated. Although we were tempted to use it, but it was too cold. The swimming pool is still not heated, so we avoided it as well. Quality and variety of food for lunch and dinner is not of a 5 star hotel. With these into consideration, the rates are considered high.
