We loved the friendly and welcoming staff — from the moment we arrived, everyone was smiling and ready to help. The check-in was smooth, and we even got a free room upgrade with a balcony, which was spacious, clean, and safe for our baby. The location is amazing, directly connected to Hili Mall, with a LuLu Hypermarket inside and great food spots like Starbucks, La Brioche, and Biryani Pot just outside. The little thoughtful touches, like giving our baby a sticker “passport,” really made the stay feel special. Overall, it was a very comfortable, convenient, and heartwarming experience.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy much was that some neighboring rooms were a bit noisy at times, which made it slightly hard to relax, especially during the afternoon. It wasn’t a major issue, but a bit more soundproofing would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything else was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Mr. Sahaya was really kind to us and to others at the pool. He was always there to assist, with a very pleasant and calm personality. I personally observed how attentively he looked after the kids not only when I was at the pool, but also the next morning while watching from my room. His presence made the families feel relaxed and well taken care of. A truly wonderful personality!

We stayed in Room 504. The air conditioning was not working properly the cooling was very low even after setting it to 18°C with the fan at speed 3, which disturbed our sleep after returning to the room from an early night and morning trip. Also, the dental kit was not provided. However, overall, the stay was good.

I had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail that made the experience even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The hotel also boasts several fantastic amenities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and separate swimming pools for both kids and adults. There’s even a small play area for children, making it a great choice for families. Though the hotel isn’t massive, it’s perfectly designed for a couple of days of relaxation. Whether you're visiting for leisure or a short retreat, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, hospitality, and excellent facilities. A true hidden gem in Al Ain!

We love the location, adjacent to a Hili Mall. Services of staff are amazing especially those rendered by receptionists Ms Evie and Asim. They are both very helpful during check in and check out. Ms Evie also granted extension till 2pm on our last day which made our stay even relaxing as our little one was able to take a nap before driving back to Abu Dhabi City. I enjoyed the work out in the gym, it is has huge and well maintained facilities. Swimming pool is also very good. Food in Element restaurant have full of varieties, very delectable too. Bed is very comfortable, had a very restful sleep. Overall, an amazing 5 Star hotel in the heart of the city. Very accessible to most tourists attractions. Hospitality is among the bests, thanks to Evie, Asim and all staff at Elements restaurant for making our stay memorable, relaxing and fun. We will be back soon.

Location, being away from city center. It is close to industrial area. It will be great for those who want to go to industrial area. To overcome this, It has a direct access to Hilli Mall, and there are good selections of shops, restaurants and coffee shops like Arabica. Breakfast, it is not a five star breakfast. We expect better varieties and better quality of food.

I want to thank the reception for the welcome... simply professional and amazing, the receptionist named Muhammad Shahin received us in a courteous and professional manner, explained everything to us properly, answered all questions, explained to us about the city and answered all questions, even those not related to the hotel and accompanied and explained everything :) Well done to Muhammad Shahin and the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, and we will return to the hotel.

We had a comfortable stay having a spacious room with all the right utilities .It's great that the room cleanliness was up to standard .A clean room really made the stay more comfortable and relaxing. The spacious balcony can really elevate the experience of staying at a hotel, especially if the surroundings are scenic. We had a wonderful breakfast having a variety of tasty options. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay feel special.

There should be more than one to recognize here, let's start with Mohammad at the front desk. Thanks for the upgrading suggestion. Chef Shreyas at the egg counter. Although the hotel's breakfast is below average, very less options in the buffet. The second day there were Idli Sambar (obviously made by a kerala chef) as idli was so thick that I can kill someone with it and Sambar only had BIG chunks of VEGGIES and zero taste. Thanks to Shreyas, the egg made us survive. We ordered cappuccino and after 3 minutes the coffee turned into something else. All the froth was gone. I can go on and on about breakfast blunders. The kitchen team, I'm sorry but you are the only ones, pulling the scores down. Pay attention to your breakfast menu, PLEASE. I love the shisha place near the pool, the guy by name Alm... sorry I forgot his name but the chap is from Mumbai was very helpful and friendly. Binod at the bell desk, thank you for being so responsive and attentive. Ratna at the house keeping, thank you for cleaning our room. Overall a very relaxing stay!

Breakfast, very sad. Half cooked food, chefndishes were getting over heated and food getting rubber but no one cares.

We really enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choices to start the day right. The hotel’s location is perfect — it’s right next to a mall and close to all the key attractions in Al Ain. Super convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!
