The room is very clean, there was nothing that made me uncomfortable. I would highly recommend to everyone who is looking a stay over one Night or two for work purposes, at a reasonable budget. One amazing part of it was that it had a supermarket on ground floor, so you don’t really have to buy snacks/juice incase you are a family with small kids.

We went in Ramadan, and their pool timing was from2pm to 9pm for kids, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool as we were out the whole day. So if the timings of pool at-least would start by 11am would be much better.

An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, spacious, and equipped with almost everything you need. On the third floor, there is a health center that includes a pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The facilities were clean and very well-maintained. Also on the third floor, there is a rooftop café where you can enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility. The prices are reasonable. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket with everything a person might need. In short, it was a positive experience, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Al Ain.

All is good but friendly mention mostly 1 big towel always missing and one more thing please arrange one prayer chart in room this is not compliant friendly sharing to you.

Ayla hotel one is most likeable hotel for me and my wife we like to stay here but some time we are looking other good luck ayla hotel and staff carry on good service where I mention up just look thanks.

This is the less expensive alternative to the Ayla Grand hotel, but with more than enough good service. Caution: there are at least 3 hotels in Al Ain with "Ayla". This one is at the back of the big mosque (very beautiful especially at night).

The only issue I had was that some particular website did not connect well through the WiFi (but that problem was also from elsewhere in town).

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was like falling into a cloud. I had the best nights sleep while at the Ayla. I also appreciate the 35 AED coupon which allowed me to eat without additional cost. Thank you!

Long walk from elevator to the room. Other that it was fine. One night I requested two Pepsis and they only brought one and when I asked that they provide an additional one the young man said yes but never returned with the Pepsi.

Much larger room than I'm used to staying in (very high ceiling). Well furnished with two sitting chairs.

I was only staying on the first floor of rooms and yet it was very difficult to skip the elevator and walk downstairs. Elevator was not close to my room. I originally wasn't intended to have a rental car, which would have been a really bad scenario - not really in a good walking location.

I liked the location of hotel. It is very easy to reach main showplaces in Al Ain like museums, parks, libraries and mosque. I like the food, it is amazing. The hotel is clean and good arranged. The stuff is friendly and nice. Also it is really quick to reach the supermarket, so I’m amazed.

It would be really good if the housekeeping leaves 2 towels in the bathroom instead one. However, when I requested that, I got them. So thanks for housekeeping. Also I would like if there would be some special hours for women only to access the gym and the pool so men and women do not mix together.

The stuff was nice specially the boss in the reception the breakfast was nice

There was a problem in the AC they fixed it but still not good even when I have breakfast still hot in the place and the key. I have to go everyday to recharge and they need to use soundproofing coz you can hear everything and the skill of the sheet is not good

The room was clean, spacious and more comfortable than other hotels in Al Ain (even some 5 star hotels). The wifi worked well. Staff were friendly.

The Air conditioning. Very strong AC blowing directly at your face. The ceiling is high so it was hard to adjust it. Nothing else to add.
