Everything was perfect: the warm welcome from the staff, the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the room, and the peaceful atmosphere. You can really feel that every detail is carefully thought out for the guests’ well-being. A special mention for the rich and high-quality breakfast ; thank you to the chef and to Alam, Rabin, Rasmi, and Ritu for their kindness and attentiveness toward my children. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot where they can feel at ease and well taken care of. Everything was perfect for an excellent holiday.

Room was spotlessly clean & felt like recently renovated. Although building from outside surely need some maintenance but interiors were clean. All facilities including pools, restaurants, cafes & health club were amazing. Temperature was controlled in the pools & swimming accessories available on site. We had our breakfast in FLAVOURS restaurant and from our arrival till departure, servers were all at our service. Well trained & managed the crowd accordingly. Vast variety of food options and all were delicious.

Check-in process was a pain. Check-in time was 3 however we reached around 3:30, still had to wait for 1.5 hours due to non-availability of rooms. Many people were waiting & shouting, asking for manager. Obviously staff can't do anything here except an apology. Guests delaying their check-in cause this.

My family and I would like to thank the entire staff of Radisson Blu for a superb service experience. The hospitality of the staff is amazing and welcoming. The place is clean and feels warm, and that is nothing more I could ask for. Big thanks to Romany, Harsha, and Jabir, sorry I haven't got all your names to mention here-you know guys who you are. The best hotel we have stayed in so far. And if you are looking for a princess treatment, this is definitely the place.😍 We'll definitely come back soon. So.. See you!

Great location with lovely views and friendly staff. A special thanks to Almaz and Harsha—they were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. While my car was being repaired (4/days), I had to check out each night, and they always packed my belongings and kept a careful eye on everything. I never had to worry about my luggage or personal items. Their support made my stay very comfortable. I’m also grateful to the rest of the team for their kindness and professionalism. Hope to visit again soon, inshallah.

There was refurbishment work (one day), and the noise started in the morning and lasted until the 4p.m.

I loved the ambience. Right from as soon as we entered for checki-in. The valet and the male staff at the entrance were very helpful in guiding us to check in counter since it was our first time there, as well as showing us the directions to our room. The room itself was very clean, and had a peaceful atmosohere. Breakfast was amazing, hats off to the chefs involved . Food was delicious. The security at the booth was nice , no need to continuosly show our key cards as the lady had quite good memory. We ordered drinks from the pool bar, the filipino staff made such tasty fresh juices. The receptionist were also very welcoming and accomodating . Thank you to both Ms. Daryshni (Hope Im not mispelling this my apologies) and Ms. Sue, pleasure being served by you. Thank you to the management for hiring such pleasant staff.

Courtesy & generosity of the entire team. It starts from the beginning at the reception ( Ms. Archana) & till the last, at the time of checkout. The housekeeping personnel was really awesome with his work & seriousness. Last but not least, the main USP is FLAVOURS restaurant, according to me. The food was awesome & the staff were amazing. Specially Chefs Arnab, Kaong, Robin & Alam. The service & food are the reasons, I will come back here for sure. The swimming pool & water park is also a cherry on the top.

Nothing as such. Recommendation: A couple spa/option would be great and an indoor play area for kids would also add value.

We like the family feel of this hotel and the attentiveness of its staff. It offers a nice variety of dining outlets that are reasonably priced. We would exclude "Makani" from this as the place needs a major improvement in menu and service. Special mention to Ajith, Alam, Ritu, Kaung, Robbin, Sheila, and Methusi from Flavors. Each one of them went an extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also want to thank the housekeeping manager Kalesh who assisted us in specific requests.

The hotel is ageing and requires more attention from maintenance. Our door balcony was difficult to open and the outdoor lights were so dim that it was not possible to enjoy the villa's terrace. Dusty furniture on the terrace appeared as if it was not cleaned in preparation for our visit.

Had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Alam, Kaung and Ritu for their warm and attentive service—they truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism and care were evident in every interaction. Another shoutout to Dhanu and Rashmi for serving some of the best coffee we’ve ever had!. The overall experience was top-notch, with excellent facilities, a welcoming ambiance, and outstanding service. Looking forward to returning soon!

The checking process took a while. We understand that it was a crowded day, but it still could have been better. Also, I would really recommend having chairs on the balcony. We had a good balcony but were unable to enjoy it without any chairs.
