Had a great time at all Massa , troublefree early checkinz as well as the checkout that didn't even took 10sec, reception staff deserve a raise . ,

It's not difficult to find the rooms , but yeah it's not easy either, same with lifts- exits- blocked emergency exits are 💀, not a problem cuz i didn't really see any emergency routes in the main hallways that leads to emergency exits. Incase of an emergency this is not something anyone wanna face .

Very courteous and friendly staff ...Met Miss Hager and Bushra at the front desk ! Comfortable bed and spacious rooms ! Close to Hospitals with adjacent Mini shopping centre as well ! Keep up the standards and best wishes !

Overall ambience could be made better with warm light bulbs rather than white bulbs ! Coffee shop could be made better with cakes and snacks !

I didn't know televisions/phones were used for art déco. I had'em both dysfunctional with no phone wire & no tv remote control🤣but props for décorativity🔖 also kindly bring the towels to the🚾before check-ins NOT on requests...I hope the remote & wire are not also systemed as such😂😂GOSH🤣...properties...just properties

Everything was perfect, except for a couple of things. When we entered the room, we noticed there were no towels, but we requested room service and they provided them promptly. Additionally, Wi-Fi should be available right at check-in. I had to rely on my own data throughout my stay.

the room was big and clean

No towel, bed room slipper, toothbrush inside the room we need to go down again to request and bring to us. also the power socket for water heater for coffee was not working. we tried the socket near the bed and it works. aslo breakfast wa snot included, it should be availle when you book online

Supervision of room Service required to be improved as for consecutive night stay, same room did not get room service, even no bath room towel! However, upon request it was provided

A really affordable hotel in the middle of Al Jimi area, providing unlimited convenience in driving around many places as well as easy parking. Staff is very helpful as well..

The keycard to the door never worked and housekeeping staff had to be asked for constantly every time the door needed to be opened. There are very limited power outlets and the safe was out of order.
