During my recent business trip to Al Ain, I had the pleasure of staying at Al Ain Rotana, and it exceeded all my expectations. Opting for one of their luxurious villas, I found the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making my work trip feel more like a rejuvenating retreat. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A particular highlight was the warm and efficient service provided by a lady at the reception desk who managed my booking. Although I regret not recalling her name, her professionalism and attention to detail ensured a seamless check-in process and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The villa was spacious and elegantly designed, offering a private sanctuary after long business meetings. With modern amenities, a comfortable living area, and a serene atmosphere, it provided the ideal environment to relax and recharge. Hotel Facilities • Swimming Pool View: The outdoor swimming pool was a visual delight, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a tranquil setting. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. • Kids’ Play Area: Though traveling for business, I noticed the well-maintained children’s play area, making it an excellent choice for families as well. The vibrant and safe environment ensures that children are entertained while parents can relax. • Dining Options: The hotel boasts a variety of dining venues catering to diverse palates. Whether you’re in the mood for international cuisine or local delicacies, the restaurants offer delicious meals with impeccable service. • Fitness and Wellness: For those looking to maintain their fitness routine, the Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, from a well-equipped gym to cozy communal spaces that made it a joy to stay there. What truly set the Hotel apart was the genuine hospitality of the team. They made me feel valued as a guest and were always ready with helpful recommendations or a cheerful smile. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend the ROVE Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and quality!

The new wing rooms are amazing! My room included a laundry machine, microwave, and a stove. Those made my stay feel better and great. I tried the Iftar buffet and Zest for the two nights, it’s one of the best buffets I have ever tried! The seating is very quiet and comfortable, and the food is delicious!

One of the things that I did not like is the balcony, while it is the most spacious I have seen, but there is no privacy, everyone else could see us and we could see them, I would suggestion to close it fully from the right and left sides to make it private.

The hotel is great, facilities are top, rooms are amazing so is the staff! The Manager Mr Jham is the best manager I have ever met in a Hotel!so professional! taking care of his guests like no one, taking care of every detail of our stay! for instance as he knew my daughter was gluten free, he took care of every lunch, breakfast and dinner for her.

Just a little detail: the pool can be a mess sometimes because the life guards let some children jump in the pool, push each-other, scream and shout and this disturbs everyone around and can be very dangerous. One life guard told me " Sorry they don't listen so I let them do what they want as they are the children of some very regular guests? this was a bit disappointing! but for the rest everything is perfect, the pool, the bars, the bands, the rooms and the staff etc.... :-(

We had a large rooms in the "new wing". Rooms had been finished to a very high standard. This was our second stay at the hotel and we came for a short quiet family break. Staff are always lovely at the hotel, especially the breakfast team. The breakfast is great and the facilities include 2 pools, one that does not allow children.

I should have booked the breakfast option - paid for breakfast at the hotel as an add-on and it turned out to be a bit more expensive than I expected! We ate in Trader Vic's one night and asked if the restaurant was non-smoking. When we sat down to eat there was someone smoking a very noxious cigar and the smoke was wafting across the whole restaurant.

Al Ain Rotana is a lovely hotel. We were treated like special people from check-in to check-out. We had had a bad experience at our previous hotel and when Nader found out about that, he upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-appointed, stylish and large. Very luxurious. All staff were so kind and accommodating. I will not hesitate to stay there again. In fact, I know it is the best hotel in Al Ain and much better than the hotels I've stayed in in Dubai. Excellent value for your money.

A better hairdryer is my only suggestion. It was tethered in place.

Their unwavering vigilance during the night hours ensured the safety of guests without compromising on hospitality. Their constant display of amiable demeanour added an inviting touch to the overall experience, contributing to my sense of ease throughout my stay. I must commend the exemplary service provided by Lamie, Leul, and Jessie, whose commitment to ensuring the memorability of my stay truly shone through. Furthermore, Ayman's remarkable leadership skills and steadfast dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every engagement, further elevating the excellence of my experience. Al Ain Rotana has undoubtedly established an exceptional standard for hospitality, and I am sincerely appreciative of the exceptional care and exceptional value that was extended to me during my stay. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel to anyone seeking a restful and opulent experience. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

"That I was departing"

I had requested for an anniversary arrangement but was told time wasn't enough but they could arrange for a small cake which never arrived. I reminded them once more and was promised I was going to receive it either that night or next morning but still it never came.

I was,disappointed as my request to upgrade to a room on the new wing was denied unless I paid aed 100 more . I feel this difference wasn't worth denying my request when room was,available and I had informed them that I am a hotels booker and was going to take pictures for my social media.

The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in, in the history of my stays. Especially Al-Falaj, the suite was wonderful, the furnishings and cleanliness, and the employees were very nice, especially the executive director, I met him in the reception and he provided us with every assistance and discount within his powers, and the reception staff, especially Mr. Kaleem, and Mr. Jeffrey, and thanks and respect to the employee. The reception, Mr. Ainayat, and the pool guards, were very kind to my children. I stayed in a hotel twice in two weeks. I returned again, and I will return in the future.

Our stay at the Rotana was exceptional and made even better by staff responding to a small issue with a massive response. When we checked in, we were informed there would be a wait - 45 minutes. However, immediately Jessie escorted us to a comfortable area of the lobby, and organised drinks and lunch, as well as upgraded our room. In the end, the wait couldn't have been much more than 20 minutes. Phenomenal service! Jessie was polite and brilliant in organising this for us. The hotel itself is gorgeous - lovely room, lobby areas, and the pool was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We will be straight back.
