Nakia at the front desk was very nice and informative. She is full of knowledge of the area and it's history. Also the gentle man who check us out in our last day he was also helpful on good places to eat. Great staff!!

My expectations were met and I didn’t dislike anything.

Everything about this hotel was awesome.......I cannot say enough about it.....the staff, the room and the price was everything you can ask for.....Mexican right next door topped it off...thanks again

nothing could have been better

The desk clerks I think were the owners and very friendly. They called ahead of check-in to make sure we didn't actually want a smoking room, and were kind enough to switch us to non-smoking. The shower was nice. New rug, so that was good. Internet worked fine.

Kind of low budget , the bed was uncomfortable, but we were only there to sleep. We missed breakfast because it was closed when we went down to eat. All good tho, as we were not really going to eat much. We were in and out so no biggy with that.

Coffee was good. Room was clean and quiet.

I like when there are hot breakfast options like waffles, eggs and biscuits/gravy. Wish they had provided this. However, I did have cereal and a banana.

The young lady that checked me in was very helpful even showing where to do laundry and she was just very pleasant and warm!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times. My room is always clean and the desk clerk is always friendly. Will use again.

I wish the hotel was closer to Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge but that cannot be fixed, unfortunately. I come up there to spend every daylight hour at the Refuge. Also, I thought they could have left a few more towels in my room. And it seems room service was non-existent during our 5 night stay. But when we asked for more towels and trash to be taken out, it was done and bathroom was cleaned.

Air condition noisy People made to much noise at night. Kids bumping on the floor kept me awake.
