It is in a great location with just a short walk to reach the main town. The restaurant has an exceptional plant based evening menu and a good breakfast selection that is not just plant based. Comfortable beds, good air con and very quiet. The staff were very helpful.

The spa has very limited opening hours and is expensive as if you only stay 1 night, you have very few hours to access it, so we didn't bother. There is a very good open-air public swimming pool, just a short walk away, which we can recommend.

The hotel is set near a very pretty little village which is well worth a walk into. The hotel itself is well equipped, the room was large and very comfortable with nice views. The staff were friendly a helpful. We didn't use the spa , but we did have both diner and breakfast during our visit. The restaurant for diner was vegetarian, there was a good choice on the menu and the food was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, but definitely not vegetarian!

Not sure about the frosted glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom!

It hotel advertises itself as "spa," and thus one assumes that the price that one pays includes the spa. However, it doesn't. one has to have an additional $ 14.00 euros for access to the spa. Moreover, the access to the spa area goes only to 9:00 p.m. It would be great if it were extended to, say, 11:00, as some customers may arrive late to the hotel.

The hotel operates a very high level chef restaurant. The food prepared by him is served statically and attracts the eye and stimulates the appetite. The food is delicious from the first course to the dessert. The price is very reasonable. It is highly recommended to come and eat at the restaurant.

Everything was great. the sound proofing was very good (our room was near the restaurant and kitchen). The SPA is great and all the staff was really kind and amazing.

The bed was a bit loud, even when you were just rolling around on it it made a lot of noise.

Room was very spacious with a nice balcony. Exceptionally clean with a great bed.

Could have been slightly more central, but was also nice being right next to the river which is good for swimming.

The staff makes this property absolutely different. Marta in the reception desk gave us plenty of useful info. She told us everything we needed to know about how the hotel worked. In the restaurant, Fran told us many things about the food and the town (Allariz) itself. The food was delicious (rice, cheese). The room was comfortable, having a balcony in front of a quiet garden. The buffet breakfast was both good and diverse enough, with quality products. Due to lack of time, we did not try the spa facilities. The parking was for free

Nice and quiet accommodation with good food and breakfast. We enjoyed using the SPA area.

Unfortunately, the check-in for the group took an unusually long time, as the reception did not take the personal details at the same time and in the meantime the rooms could be occupied as usual.

vegetarian menu was a surprise and lacked imagination and flair.It would have been useful to have known this before we booked.

Location close to the town centre,garden walk beside the river. The vegan chef they had is brilliant and we enjoy a great meal.
