The location wasn't too far from the station and the staff were very helpful. The room was a decent size, comparable to other business hotel chains.

Very little to complain about, only minor things. The lack of charging ports near the bed was a very very minor inconvenience. And the dryer in the coin laundry was a bit more expensive than similar hotels I've stayed in. But overall definitely worth the price

It's under a ten minute walk from the station and is value for money. Check in and out is prompt, there's a convenience store on the corner, and you can buy drinks and snacks in the lobby. Free coffee is also provided in the lobby.

It's a little dated. The bathroom step is quite high for older people. The pillows could be a bit more comfortable.

The second time I have stayed here for the MotoGP at Motegi weekend. Prices in Mito spike, therefore my low ‘value’ score. Basic and clean rooms, with blockout window shutters, polite staff, and great location in Mito. Not the finest hotel, but by no means the worst. A pleasant place to sleep!

Some noise in corridors, but not hotel’s fault.

Having freshly arrived in Japan merely days previously, the hotel was incredibly easy to get to (despite the strong wind on my arrival!), being an easy few blocks from the station, and it's location proved convenient throughout my stay. Once there I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and generous member of hotel staff who not only quickly checked me in but, at my requesting, also helped to plan almost my entire weekend of sightseeing - his enthusiasm to assist overcame our great language barrier. His recommendations of visits and eateries were invaluable and my trip would have been far inferior (more expensive, less authentic, less rich) had it not been for him - i am incredibly grateful for the timehe gave to me. I really felt as though the staff would do whatever they could to ensure my stay was as good as could be. Also, the hotel had bikes to rent which made the local area so much more accessible and getting about more affordable and stressfree (even though the bike definitely wasn't made for someone 194cm tall!) - for exanple, it was quicker and cheaper to cycle to Hitachi Seaside Park than to take the buses there.

Unfortunately, the only rooms available on Booking.com were smoking rooms so it did smell (I left the window open and quickly became accustomed to it). Additionally, Booking.com did advertise a river view which I did not have. The TV wasn't working when I arrived but after mentioning it to the reception staff they immediately fixed it.

The cleanliness and the proximity to various restaurants and convenience stores. Also, liked that a microwave was available on the floor we stayed at

The hallway had a peculiar smell. It's was like the combination of tobacco and wet rug yearning to be dried.

Really great facilities. Free tea and coffee in the foyer. Kettle in the room with tea. Comfy beds. Smart TV so can login to Netflix! Lovely staff.

The hotel was good but we didn’t realize a double was so small. I ended up getting single rooms for everyone in our party

The staff were extremely kind and helpful even with the language barrier. The Location was perfect with the station being, at most, a 5 minute walk. Excellent area with the river being close by. All in all, very nice experience :)

I really like the location of the hotel. The staffs are nice and approachable but my only complaint is the aircon we stayed for 2 days but the air conditioner is so low so we woke up at midnight with a lot of sweat. 😅

The aircon is too weak.

Location was great, car parking available. Friendly staff., Rooms were very clean.

Hallways to the rooms looked very grubby... Very marked old carpet.. Was a let down for an otherwise nice looking hotel.
