The location, the environment and the comfortable rooms with a private jacuzzi which was a big plus. We enjoyed the boat ride (charged Rs.1000 per ride). Lastly, there was a good amount of variety for the dinner and breakfast buffet, and the taste was also on par.

The staff did not inform us that they had changed their checkout time to 11 am until the last moment. They stated that they have informed booking.com to change it, and also stated that it has not yet changed.

Foods are very limited, even though the hotel staff arranged buffet but the options are very limited. Pool and other facilities are a bit okay but there’s a lot of room for improvement. There’s a lot of insects and bugs in front of the room. We faced a 3hr power outage because the hotel wanted to do maintenance which is a huge drawback. We are forced to checkout early due to the power outage.

The stuff was amazing We asked to attend the lunch instead the breakfast and the stuff insists we will have both without extra charge We went to the pool and before we notice the someone from the stuff brought the towels and the sun bed

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel, and it was the perfect choice. The location, overlooking the lake, was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Bagya and Wishmi for their service. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Location was very convenient and eye catching. Rooms were so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. The location is a good option for family stay.

Some essential items like towals, spoons were not available on time when we checked in but upon request they provided. Some staff were little nervous with their work. But overall the service was satisfied.

The road is not updated in map so the road shown in map is abit off road...no closet in such a large room was surprising...rest nothing to complain

Friendly staff and way above average service. Delicious food and many varieties to choose from.

Bathrooms design. Deluxe room bathroom is not separated or partitioned from toilet so toilet becomes so wet if you take a shower.
