Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Good location. Shower was nice with hot water, however the shower curtain barely touched the top of tub and the floor would be wet after shower.

We stayed after a recent snowfall and need 4 WD to park our vehicle and get out of parking lot. The side door out of the building to walk our dog was glare ice and snow packed. Lucky that Noone fell or got hurt.

The breakfast was traditional hotel fare. Hot food and grab and go items . The swimming pool was actually warm. We picked this specific hotel because it was the only one that actually had an indoor pool that wasn't under construction. We actually planned our trip to return to this specific hotel on our way to and from San Antonio. Clean rooms and friendly , helpful staff.

Great breakfast, really good coffee. Clean eating area. Room was very nice, stayed here twice in one week. Liked everything about it the first time. Second time just one issue, see below.

The thermostat was disabled in second stay room, 411. So temp could not be adjusted for comfort level. Everything else was great.

The beds were perfect, slept well every night. We liked the Gum and Indoor Pool

The shower curtain was too short and caused water to leak on the floor They only provide 3 pillows per bed. We stayed 3 nights and each night we called and asked for 1 more pillow and they told us each night they had none available The breakfast was terrible.

Breakfast was as expected. Neat. Clean area. Adequate selection. Bed was comfortable and room size was excellent.

Disappointed in seating for lounging. The one chair was odd and not comfortable. Would have preferred a small couch or additional arm chair.

Bed was very comfortable. Walls were a bit thin, was able to they took ahear voices and loud tv next door. I called the front desk at 10:30 p.m. and they took care of the problem . I never ate breakfast, so I could not rate. I would stay again.

Beds were firm and comfortable food was good and staff friendly.

We stayed in room 418 the room was great the 1st night but when we woke up on the second morning there was a noise sounded like pipe making noise or a bumping noise.

It was okay..I happen to like eggs. Their version of scrambled eggs with maybe sausage sprinkles were edible. That’s all. Just something with some taste would be good. They tried. I ate.

That it was clean. A good value.

That the need was higher and i had to crawl into the bed. When sitting on the side of the bed our feet didn't touch the ground. It was a firmer mattress.

Eggs and sausage were cooked well, the biscuits were lovely! Great coffee, good pastries and enough choices for most people to leave happy.

Pillows were nice but too flat for side sleeping.
