The location is perfect. Just off of the motorway, but there is no motorway noise. There is very acceptable food available every evening. There is no charge for parking. There is no charge for a dog. It is clean. The rooms are adequately spacious and modern. It is 'no frills', so it is good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel as a midway point from Santander to the east or south of Spain. We will definitely be back next year.

There was nothing to dislike, at all. Everything met with our satisfaction.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable bed. Good choice of either meal of the day or a la carte menu. Great value! Ideal location for visiting Madrid, La Cabrera, Buitrago Del Lozoya and El Berrueco on the 191 bus!

Hotel is dog friendly, and no extra charges. Very close to Motorway on route to/from Ferry ports in Northern Spain. Just about half way between North and South of Spain for overnight stop. Petrol station right next to Hotel. Hotel has a Cafeteria/Bar on site which allows dogs so no need to go elsewhere. Food is good and reasonably priced.

Very friendly owner. Dogs welcome. We'll appointed room with king size bed and clean modern ensuite. Plenty of hot water. Excellent restaurant of typical rustic good value food. As you would expect of a hotel so popular with truck drivers. All very polite and friendly. We'll be back.

Only negatives would be the shower is rather feeble and does not have a thermostat. And the lighting in the corridor was a bit hit and miss.

Excellent location for onward connection. The food menu was extensive with a choice of restaurant or bar facilities. and the draft beer was cold. But most of all the staff were the most helpful and pleasant that I had encountered on my journey. In particular they helped solve a travel problem I could not have sorted without them. I will remember the Hotel Mavi with great affection.

Location brilliant. Just north of Madrid and only a minute from motorway. Easy parking. Spotless room with comfy beds. Pet friendly. Next to petrol station. Residents lounge like a gentlemans club lounge with pool table and lots of space to relax. Great value. We will be back.

I was out touring on a motorbike ,booked on the night and the room was ready when I arrived 30mins later. 24 hrs security at reception with access to CCTV cameras .secure parking . freshly cooked food for breakfast and great choice.and price

personally I would prefer a thicker Pillow. The Bar did close a little early for me But fair play to the staff I did managed to get a pint in.

We stayed twice. Very convenient for motorway access. Has a bar which serves food and drinks to local people. Has everything you need with no frills.

It can get very busy. This wasn’t a problem for us and the staff do their best to make sure everyone gets served as soon as possible.

Breakfast was a really reasonable price. Sadly, no kettle in the room, as they understandably want guests to buy refreshments in the cafe/bar. Beds were perfectly acceptable, but not very luxurious - but not really complaining, everything OK for the price we paid. Lovely staff! Beautifully eclectic decoration. What a lovely place to stay.

I wish there was a kettle in the room! I nearly fired up (by the window) our camping stove - but it was too late and I was too tired.

Dog friendly with no extra charge, and he was allowed in the Cafe/Bar area whilst we ate and had a drink at night. Petrol station right next door to hotel. Large car park with plenty of parking bays. Hotel easy to find on main road just off the E5 motorway, and easy to get back on the motorway the next day.
