Location next to the train station so very easy access to Madrid. Welcoming staff in new reception area. Next to Mercadona supermarket. 5-10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shopping centre.

Feels like an old hotel that has been taken over by a new owner and the rooms need money spent on them. Old furnishings, old fashioned shower with substandard gel/ shampoo dispensers, problems with plumbing (bath that floods the bathroom floor when draining water). Tres Cantos is a dormitory town built in the 1970-80s....not typical of Spain.

Although Tres Cantos is outside of the city, having the train station 100 meters away and so inexpensive, made up for not being downtown. In addition, walking the streets and parks in Tres Cantos was completely safe, quiet but not empty, and quite beautiful! The train goes directly into the city where we accessed other trains and subways at an incredibly low price for the duration of our visit. We went everywhere we wanted and saw everything we planned to see. Within Tres Cantos, the little local bars and restaurants and laundromat were gems to be discovered.

The breakfasts offered a wide range of options but the hot food was never warmer than room temperature.

The service was very thoughtful and really nice! The extra little welcoming goodies and lots of additional goods to use is again very thoughtful, they make sure you if you need something it is there, they have extra services for massages, a mini fridge. Room service etc. They really push the attion on being there for you! And serving to all your needs. The beds are extremely soft, and maybe good or bad.. overly huge. To huge for me. We could fit 5 persons in 1 bed. Fun experience, but bit redundant.

The building itself and the quality is less. It seems used and lived. But they really compensate this with their full on and extra services. If you don't mind a crack or a smudge on the floors or some ripped wallpaper and paint stains. In our room 1 of the side bedlights didnt work but you well get so much out of their services, that seems to be number 1.

I was very impressed with the help provided by reception staff. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, right next to Tres Cantos station with a number of amenities within walking distance.

The elevator had a bad smell in it. I am not sure if it was temporary or due to something else, but it needs attention.

The staff in the reception were very friendly, the room was spacious and was quite clean, however it seemed like it needed some renovation, the bed was very big and comfortable

The gym looks like it isn’t well maintained; some of the equipment is too old and malfunctions

Parking Garage was clean and easy to get into. Elevator up to lobby. Fast Friendly service getting checked in. Room was clean, AC was cold, bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, tv was big and good channels, bathroom was big and clean. 10 out of 10! Thanks for a great stay!!!

The room is clean and with good space, good bad, and good layout. The restroom is very good, spacious, and clean. Front desk people are all very friendly. The breakfast has a broad selection with reasonable price.

The property is clean and close to the train station that will take you to central Madrid in less than 30’. Personnel very friendly, helpful and professional. Lot of different restaurants in the area including the one at the hotel.

At the moment the wi-fi connection was not working at the hotel but… I could disconnect and take some rest!

I booked this hotel as the hotels in Madrid were too expensive. This was a 4 star hotel with a good pricing. Exactly what I needed for this business trip. This hotel is next to the main train station with many trains into Madrid. Only when you travel after midnight do you have a a problem. I love the hotel as the information on booking.com matches everything. They do not promise anything or show the location better than it is. The breakfast was amazing. It is nice and quiet inside the hotel. I loved the minibar and airco in the room. What is needed with 38C. The room and bed is very good. A very big bad and I love the room with a desk. Next door to the hotel is a big supermarket (Mercadona) and nearby you find several nice bars and restaurants. Within 15 minutes you can go to the village of Tres Cantos. Within less than 10 minutes walk you have a big indoor shopping center and supermarket Tesco's. The reception is open 24/7. They speak good English. Also in average because the village is higher than Madrid it is 3C less. We had 38C in Madrid and 35C in Tres Cantos. I will come back to this hotel in the future as I love the village and location. But only when I do not need to be after midnight in Madrid. Because then I can take a train back.

You have trains to Madrid only till midnight. If you go by taxi from Madrid it will cost you 40+ euros. What is too expensive in my opinion. There should be some night bus into Tres Cantos from Madrid but I did not look into that too much.

Location is very close to the bus and renfe stations and the supermarket with a park close by and restaurants too

The sink wasn't working well and they said we had to wait 2 days for it to be fixed
