The bed was great indeed and super clean everyday. The bedsheets were super neatly ironed and that brings a very nice feeling of comfort in the bed - was really amazed. The bathroom had installed in the shower, one of those stainless steel-like columns with multiple nozzles and state of the art water mixer and temperature gauge.

The breakfast costs 9EUR and is "almost" not worth it. Not much choice besides the obvious - no surprises, no freshly-made omelettes or fired eggs. Wrt to the bathroom, the tiles are outdated by 40years...still overall it results in a mixture of outdated with modern touches, which is interesting.. The constant humming from the hotel's chillers/boilers, was very annoying....fortunately, I was so tired everyday that ended-up falling asleep without much trouble... The restaurant has the typical menu for 18EUR with two dishes (couple of choices are possible), but does not surprise.....it basically gets you "belly filled-up"...Ah, Sundays and holidays there is no dinner-service....fortunately there are a few restaurants nearby (e.g.: Gino's is quite popular)....;)

The bed was comfortable providing a great night's sleep.

However, the room was a bit noisy due to poor sound insulation. I could hear noises from the outside car and Bus traffic, the hallway and neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, while the comfort of the bed was a highlight, the lack of soundproofing was a downside. The breakfast selection was basic and the same every day, with no variety to keep things interesting. Additionally, there were no hot or cooked meals available, which was a letdown.

The room was clean and had big windows that were facing the main road where there was a boulevard, as it was Christmas there were some attractions and Christmas lights. It was beautiful and made the night walk back to the hotel very special. The bathroom had a shower tower panel with different options.

The rubber seal of the shower door moved and didn't close or seal the shower tray so the water went everywhere flooding the bathroom...

Nicely placed in centre of town, handy for the train and with secured underground parking. Clean and comfortable with nice continental breakfast. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Rooms nice with air con and very comfy beds.

The bar hours were a little short and out of 5 nights only able to visit once.

This is an absolutely great place to stay if you want to stay close to Madrid but want a quiet and nice place to rest as well. This hotel is walking distance from the train station and in front of a bus stop that will take you to Madrid in less than half an hour. It is a very cozy hotel, with nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff, really close to multiple dining options and a beautiful central park in Tres Cantos. Plus a lovely breakfast in the morning, definetly recommended.

The walls were a bit thin, so you could hear the noise other travelers were making in the evening, especially in the hallways, which is not the hotel's fault.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighbourhood, close to Madrid, reachable by train from the early morning to late night. Parking, comfy, good hotel reception, and AC. All in all, good value for money.

Some furniture is outdated.

Lots of natural light. Perfect location close to supermarkets and other services, even a mall. Easy street parking. Very nice park across the street. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean.

Decoration is a little dated. A/C device was a little old and noisy. Weird entrance, going down stairs (there's an elevator too). The safe code was quite tricky to setup.

This hotel is great. We arrived after a transatlantic flight hoping to leave our bags and head into Madrid to do the tourist thing. But they did one better...we could check into our room right then. BLISS. After a short nap and shower we were ready to go. The front desk had printed off a copy of the train times for us (no asking), suggested we visit St Francis church and gave a good recommendation for lunch (we asked). The next day we had the breakfast buffet. 9 euros ($10) for just baked croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt, cereal, coffee, ham, cheese, fruit, bread rolls....you get the idea! Before breakfast the desk clerk, Javier, asked about our visit to St Francis. We explained we had been unable to do so because the information on their website said it was only open in the morning and we were disappointed that we had been unable to go. As we were leaving breakfast he gave us a printed sheet of the information from the website saying mornings only. But then he called them to check about afternoon opening times. Sure enough it was open later in the day, and he wrote the information on the print out. We went, and YEP, it's got spectacular painted ceilings. Well worth the trip. Thank you Javier for calling. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean.

Nothing at all.

We had stayed in this hotel a week or so earlier prior to walking on the Camino de Santiago and asked if we could leave our non-camino bags with them. They happily agreed to keep them in the locked luggage storage room.. At check-in on our return we enquired about our bags. They had already put them in our room (the same one as our previous stay). Yay. We ate dinner at the hotel. The menu was a fair price, the food was good, the waiter spoke good English and when asked about a recommendation for wine he served us one that was delicious and a good price. It is unusual for me to gush about a hotel, it's staff and service BUT this place is exceptional.

A bit retro but comfortable hotel in Tres Cantos, few minutes to train station which gets you to central Madrid, Lovely staff, good breakfasts, stable wi-fi. Very peaceful, green area with a big city park opposite to the hotel. I loved my stay here, it provided me with a completely different view on Madrid.
