Everything! The location is unbeatable. The staff simply wonderful. The suites are large and luxurious. Super clean. Best place to stay in Madrid central to all the best Madrid has to offer.

That we could not stay longer!

Its very very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are the best! We stayed there during the national blackout and they gave us some food to eat.

Out of 9 nights us staying there, there was 1 friday night where the sound from the bar were really so loud. We tried to be understanding because it was Friday, but it was still very loud until 3am. We had to message the reception and immediately they took action which we super appreciate. :)

The property is amazing ! Very very large and luxurious apartments , amazing details , the best of the best ! I usually don’t get impressed but this time around wow, the best place to stay in Madrid , plus you have Ramses outside, the fashion avenue, the most beautiful people in Madrid get together there.

Everything was high quality in the apartment. The staff from the property was very kind and supportive. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms amazing, there was a special luxury scent in the apartment. We have been to a lot of 5* hotels around the world and the service at Casa Faraona was an absolute 5*. The location is also perfect. Everything is 5 min away by foot. Recommend it strongly.

We were greeted by Emma at reception, who was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and having a sauna in the room was a nice addition. The included breakfast was provided by Patio de Leones, next door to the hotel, which was excellent. The flamenco show adjacent to the residence was authentic and entertaining.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience. The ambiance, location, and service were all top-notch. My room was impeccable, and I truly appreciated every detail. The only downside was that my stay was far too short! This hotel is a gem, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the concierge team for making my stay so memorable.

Breakfast was fantastic, whatever we wanted. Great location, everything was easily walkable, bus right out front, metro a block away. Great bars and restaurants close by.

I little noisy, the disco went until 2 most nights.

Location, style and furnishings, easy access, small quaint property. Breakfast was great at Patio Los Leones and was also good for dinner. Located in an excellent neighborhood, you can almost touch the Puerta de Alcalá.

Our room was a behind the flamenco show building, on some nights we could hear the noise.

Amazing location, great room and design, the bed is super comfortable, the staff is super welcoming and very reactive.

I liked everything I was just expecting more from the sauna, it does not really heat up.

Everything was absoluty perfect! Especialy diners in Ramses and Flamenco show in the property! We will soon come back for shure
