It was clean, central to Madrid main attractions, safe beautiful area near Prado museum and Ritz hotel. Comfortable room.

Toilet small and about cramped but don’t mind since property in great location. Was abit confusing at start how to enter the property- first door said “push door” and should say “pull door” but when we worked it out there were no issues.

Clean, comfortable, good location. Simple check in/out.

Bad smell in bathroom. Awoken many times by other guests entering/ leaving/ accessing shared bathroom. Photos on booking.com displayed a kettle and 2mugs in the room but this was not the case. Hot water was accessible but only thin plastic cups were provided that were only suitable for cold water.

Close to sll atteactions in Madrid

In the bathroom there's a potentially dangerous step that should be taken care of. Both me and my wife almost fell at night when we went used the bathroom. It's imposible to see if you're a little bit tired because the floor is all the same color before and after the step down. I've seen terrible accidents in other parts of the world with the same design.

Great location to museums and royal park and many restaurants. The Antocha train station was 18 minute walk. The room was really cool because you're in the basement of the building and a small door entrance. It was real cool. Fresh cold water dispensary is available for free to fill water bottles.

Everything was just fine for us but we're short, 5'6" and 5'4" tall so the beds and shower were fine.

The accommodation is perfectly located in Madrid. In five minutes, one could easily reach the Plaza de Cibeles, where metro and bus lines intersect and where an express bus line headed to the Barajas airport can be found. The indications sent by the staff to enter the accommodation were very accurate. Finally, the staff are responsive and helpful.

During our stay, each person was provided with only one plastic cup. For the sake of comfort, we would rather have either more plastic cups or a glass/mug per guest. Moreover, we wish we had some cutlery in order to better prepare our meals.

There was a water dispenser in the lobby, and a couple of cups in the room - it was very thoughtful. Check in and check out were very easy. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Cibeles bus station is very close. I would absolutely come back.

The place met my expectations- it was clean, bed was comfortable, right in the city centre. I would stay there again.

The walls are super thin, I could hear the neighbors talking.

Excellent central location, excellent value for money. For digi-natives, the entry to building and room went easily with directions on the outside door. The beds were comfortable and for a 1 night stay we were very pleased

The fragrance smell in the room was heavy and made sleeping a bit difficult.

The location is good, of easy access to to the city center. The apartment is clean, interesting way of check-in and out - opening doors through emails - very convenient.

I could recommend that coffee machine can be added although there is water dispenser with hot water in the hallway. Our apartment was below ground level.
