First of all - The location is perfect, which makes everything much easier: traveling around the city, getting there etc. checking in and out is also very convenient with a very friendly option of checking in your luggage for free until 8pm the night of your departure. When I got there the first thing that drew my attention was that the smell is AMAZING. Not only the place is super clean but that they use materials that smell really really good. Also in the bathroom you will find these artisanal soaps and lotion - which surprised me. Another nice surprise was the complimentary stuff: water bottle and very very tasty chips upon arrival, free tea coffee orange juice and so on as much as you like. All the extra facilities work perfectly as well. An issue I had one of the nights was addressed and taken care of as well but keep in mind that during nights it’s a “do it yourself” kind of thing, there is no concierge or something like that.

When I booked I wasn’t aware how “dorm like” it is so I booked the tiny room which is a basically very posh cell :) so I recommend booking a bigger room. Especially if you are not in your twenties any more. Also water pressure was kind of too low for me.

the location is perfect, 5 mins from the metro stop e Atocha station, 10 minutes from Gran Via and it is situated next to the retiro park. The room was perfect for one person, the double windows didn’t make you hear any noise from the street (since my room was facing the road) it was clean, staff at the reception always super nice the wardrobe was pretty big and it had a safety locker inside for jewels etc. the room has AC

the furniture is kinda old, but not too bad there wasn’t a power socket next to the bed and i think there weren’t enough power sockets in the room at all, maybe 2 i don’t really remember

Great location, modern room, comfortable bed, great directions to the hotel and easy checkin/checkout. Was able to check in 3hours early no problem!

There was a strong smell of cleaning fluid throughout the facility, in the room I was able to open the window and later turn on the A/C to improve the air quality, but it didn't quite vanish, so the room unfortunately didn't smell perfectly fresh.

Really friendly and responsive staff. The location is great. I liked the common spaces and what was available for everyone. There are museums next door, and Retiro Park is close for jogging. There are also great places for food nearby, and the city centre is close. I forgot my earbuds in the room and noticed it only after having checked out. They found them and left in a locker so I could pick them up later which was absolutely super!

The sound proofing of the room was low, I could hear everything from the other rooms, also it was quite small, but still ok

Easy to access (as long as you come prepared with various log in codes and floor number etc). Super easy to help yourself to extra items such as towels, coffee, tea, toilet paper, all very handy. The bed was one of the best beds we’ve ever slept on!! SO COMFORTABLE! As was the bedding! Had everything you needed and good location. It was also very very quiet even though other rooms on the same floor.

Room was very small but just about manageable. The cupboard is just hanging space behind a mirror that is hard to access, the coat hangers are attached so is very hard to get to and hang clothes. The bathroom is tiny. We had to shower with the cubicle door open because it’s so small, and the toilet space is tiny which makes things tricky.

Location was excellent. Amenities like free tea and coffee capsules and free high-speed internet were very appreciated. Room decor is modern and clean.

Space was very compressed. Even paying extra for a larger room, every square millimeter was used, leading to an awkward setup with the fold-out desk blocking the door, and not enough outlets close to the desk. However, given the price ration at this location, it was still a good value for the money.

The bes accomodation I have ever had. Its on fantastic location - just oposit of Prado museum, near Gran Via, near Porta del Sol, near El Retiro park. Everything is clean, everything is new. Great selection of tea and coffee. Easy to check in and check out. Great hair dryer - real one, which make my long hair dry in few minutes. TV, Netflix, everything. I felt safe and wonderful, I would aleays pick this accomodation in Madrid.

Nice room, enough space. Check in and check out were really easy. Everything that we needed was at our disposal (coffee, tea, iron, fans) and even if everything is digital you always had people to chat on whatsapp if needed. Location is great.

Our room was not cleaned the following day. I don’t mind about towels because I care about the environment but it’s nice to come in after a long day and have the room clean and the bed done. The air conditioning didn’t work but there was a fan at our disposal so it was ok!

The location is perfect, very close to the main attraction and the main train station, possible to do everything walking. Everything in the room was great!

Since it has a maximum water use by day it could have somewhere that you can see how much of water is left for the day so you don’t have to rush in the shower after a long day walking around the city.

The location is amazing. If you are trying to go to the museums, the restaurants and the nightclubs in the Huertas district of Madrid this is a great location. The staff was helpful and caring. They kept the place clean and well organized. I used the laundry facilities while I was there and they were adequate. There was free beer and juice available. The air conditioning worked great during the scorching Spanish summer.

My room was just big enough for one person. I had to do some organizing to keep from stepping on my luggage and the minibar. Another shelf by the bed for the kettle and the nespresso machine would have been ideal. The other minor issue is the lighting on the bathroom. While it is more than adequate for general use the light above the mirror made it difficult to shave my face. Adding light on the same wall as the mirror would fix this problem.
