The location is the best very close to everything, we arrived late but the ly gave us the indications tondo very clear!

The bathroom a bit small but it was nice! Clean and tidy! Everything fine!

The staff was incredibly kind, we were able to check in at 10 am, and after we checked out they kept our luggages for 8 hours The room was extremely clean, the bed sheets were changed once every 2 days and the room was cleaned everyday if the occupant required so. The position was amazing, as it was 5 minutes of walk from Gran Via and from Palacio de Cibeles, and 10 minutes from the museums. Still, despite the central position, the hostal was very quiet at night.

There was a sight sewer smell in the bathroom in the morning. It was completely manageable. We noticed this smell in many places in Madrid, so it was not the hostal fult.

The location is absolutely perfect — we were able to walk with children from the train station without any issues. The accommodation is within walking distance of major Christmas events, such as the Cabalgata de Reyes Magos. Despite being close to main roads and cafes, the street is very quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise at all.

We missed having some basic amenities like a small fridge or a coffee maker. It’s not a big issue, but having those would have been nice.

The Hostal was easy to find and right in the heart of everything. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was excellent; so pleased we chose en suite We were given a kettle to use but as there were no cups in the room we bought some souvenir mugs whilst out and about

Put cups/glasses in the room for beverages please

Excellent location , beautiful building and kind staff. Only minus would be the thin walls (you hear others shower or doing their Duolingo) so bring some earplugs. Very good prices tho. I recommend this place and I would book again

The location is amazing, in the center of Madrid. You have access to many restaurants and monuments.

The room was small and a bit old. But still very clean. Good choice for someone that needs the room just to take a shower and sleep

We requested an air-conditioned room as it was too hot outside, and the staff made sure to fulfil this. Our room was ready with air-conditioner turned on before our arrival. The location is great, and the room was clean.

The stairs of the building need to be repaired.

Location is perfect, the room is a good size with wardrobe and bathroom is good with hot water at all times.. Also the area is quite.

Few hairs in bed.. And not shelves in the bathroom...but the rest it's fine..

Location because was near from a laundry, lavamatic, mini super and a drug store. Besides, was a walking distance from several areas like Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalà and Atocha Train Station.

The bathroom was extremely narrow.
