Cupboards too tall for me to reach but my husband could. Mirror on inside of closet door was put on the wrong door...the door that could not open. The apartment had been remodelled but they could have made the kitchen at least a little bigger. Manager was very nice, kind and accomodating. A great place and near the metro system.

The área and location. A self check-in facility, very innovative and efficient. Lovely neighborhood with many restaurants and places to eat. Easy location to get to the center of Madrid. Very convenient to where I needed to be in order to visit family.

Walls are tooo thin. It can get noisy in the mornings due to people moving in and out and the servicing of the studios. Lots of echo. At night, at times, I was able to hear my neighbors snoring! At times it felt he/she was sleeping next to me.

Had several issues with the key cards not working, but manager always fixed it. The wifi went down a few times too.

Apartments are nice, clean, in a residential area. Self check-in was a long but easy process. Host was proactive in providing all the info in advance.

The bathroom is super small. It’s hard to open the shower

Great location for trams into the city. Quiet area lots of bars and restaurants and grocers within 10 minutes walk. Room was clean and spacious. On leaving our friends had left something behind. Staff found it and brought it to us for them. Very helpful.

A shame that the pool had closed on 15th September. An outdoor communal seating area would have been nice for us to relax in. There is a big terrace outside which would have been perfect.

Staff was wonderful. Help me in the checking process and gave me early checkin. Room was big , bright and very confortable. Internet in a very good speed. Had a mini kitchen with all appliances. Few restaurants and supermarket close.

If we could have breakfast would be a plus. Not a big deal after all because has a supermarket very close.

The overall experience was really good.

There is no reception staff, everything is online which is fine but there is no one to reach out to in case of any queries or concerns in the property.

Comfortable, clean and convenient for the trip I had. The small kitchen was a plus because I stayed for a few days. Good shower.

Nothing really. It's not the best option if you have business in Madrid but for my purposes it was perfect.

Good location, felt secure and clean.

There was no kettle to make tea. Not everyone drinks coffee 🙂 A few bowls for breakfast cereal would have been good.
