Resort facilities, cleanliness, breakfast and room are all top notch. Real 5-star hotel, located close to restaurants and shopping close by. Customer service was excellent, felt we were treated like royalty :)

This hotel is outstanding! Upon entry, you are welcomed with a smile and treated like royalty! The decor and design exudes opulence and grandeur. It's breathtaking on arrival. The room is just lovely, the robes and slippers are fine quality, and the array of complimentary toiletries is impressive. There is even a pillow menu to satisfy every sleepyhead!!! Even the elevators are an artistic delight! The pool is perfect, and the buffet breakfast overlooking the pool is a foodies dream. Very kid friendly for families with a separate beach themed, sand bottom shallow pool and lifeguard for added safety. There's a lovely gift shop inside where proceeds assist an orphanage. Movie night under the stars was fabulous! The staff are very attentive and seem to appear just when you need them, smiling and cheerful to assist with anything at any time. There is no shortage of service at this hotel. The Trans Resort is a wonderful experience, I would definitely return.

A few little minor maintenance issues such as the chrome jets popping off the balcony spa, had to push them back on, the push in plug got stuck in the vanity and unable to release to drain the water, a little damage to the inside laminate on a wardrobe door, all of which were reported to staff which I'm sure will be rectified to maintain the quality of this fabulous hotel

The pool was magnificent. The location was, I thought at first, not great because it was on a main road on the periphery of the main area of Seminyak BUTevery time I went out and returned on foot, the security guys stopped the traffic so I could cross safely AND it was only a 4 min walk to the top of the main shopping/ restaurant st in Seminyak. The bonus was that when leaving for the airport a traditional ceremony resulted in many streets in Semanyak being closed but because of the hotel's location I was unaffected and got the airport in 25 mins.

The air conditioning was too cold for me and didn't seem to be able to be lowered.

Everything. Excellent staff and customer service. Nothing was too small of an issue for them to assist with. Has a kids club too, the rooms are a generous size even with an extra 2 beds in the king room for our kids with the view overlooking the pool. Rooms have a separate shower, bath and toilet with 2 basins in the rooms. Housekeeping is done twice daily. Pool has two sections a shallow sandy beach for kids with a deeper section of the pool for everyone to use. Couldn’t fault it, would 100% recommend. Excellent for families. Close to the strip of shops and there is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day that goes to Seminyak square. WiFi is also very strong in the rooms.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a great size. We loved our balcony and spa. Staff were lovely. The kids loved the lagoon pool with the waterslide and daily volleyball. Great location.

The Trans Resort is rated a 5 star hotel, so it would be great if guests had the option to select a room with 2 x queen (or even double) beds so if you are travelling with children, they don't have to sleep on a mattress on the floor or the sofa. The rooms are very large so there is space for 2 x beds. The kids club room needs a refresh, as it is quite run down. Also, the tablecloths/chair covers used in the main restaurant at breakfast time had rips in them and were quite worn. Again, being a 5 star hotel, it would be great if they could be replaced.

We liked absolutely everything. We stayed in premier King room. The room was so spacious and well decorated, the big balcony with a bed and hot spa. Bedding and towels so luxurious. Room service twice a day to ensure you are not missing anything. The breakfast is about amazing. So much variety included in buffet breakfast plus the ala carte. The staff at the restaurant so attentive and friendly. Always coming around and checking if you need anything. There is a gym, sauna ,steam room and hot and cold pool which was great if you want. Everything so well equipped and so clean.

Can't fault this place..

From the moment we got there, the service was amazing, helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable, pool was amazing and breakfast was really plentiful and varied. I had a lovely massage in the spa. It is definitely an oasis from the busy streets. The location was also great for local restaurants bars and shop, easy walking distance.

My only criticism was that they allowed a family to plug in a speaker with really loud dance music by the pool (unbelievably rude of the guests - they weren't kids - the guy was in his 50s!). It was very disturbing in the usual peaceful poolside atmosphere for other guests - eventually they did turn it off but guests had to complain first. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but they should have dealt with it more swiftly. It was still an amazing stay and I would recommend as the place to stay in Seminyak.

The Trans Resort exceeded our expectations. The facilities for our children were amazing with activities everyday and a kids club so there was always something to do. My son has epilepsy and the staff were so helpful and attentive that it made the entire process smooth in a foreign country. Special mention to the Duty Manager Radita and the GM Alexander who checked on our welfare several times during our stay.

Everything was good, just one shower head in our rooms had a small leak.

If you searching for perfect 5 star hotel this is the place to be. The staff would do everything to please you. From the comfort in the room, the breakfast and it's diversity, the kids club,... and the quality of the bed and pillows.. it's like you laying in a cloud..

The location, ones you get out of the hotel the main road is noisy, dangerous.. Some cheap good places to eat near the hotel.. as the chicken sate on the left, the chineese noodles the other side of the street... Never had tummy problems eating at those places..

Everything, especially how clean it is. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet with a la carte menu is very impressive. Also, not to mention the resort provided twice daily room service and the water in the room is always there. Highly recommend, and we will be back again. Thank you for the hospitality.

The only thing I dislike was the delay in getting the baby chair at the restaurant. Twice, we waited over 5 minutes just to get one organised. Baby chair should have been the first thing offered before the menu or tea and coffee's. Apart from that, it was all smooth sailing.
