Excellent location in proximity of all the shopping and restaurant areas. Wonderful staff, friendly and very warm welcoming. I had a problem with my door locking securely and the front desk manager immediately helped me and moved us to another room comparable  to what he had and the transition was very smooth with no problems. Excellent breakfast and staff was very courteous and helpful. we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful stay enjoying our family. We felt very safe and secure during our stay. I would highly recommend this location and looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Initially, I booked the wrong day. Booking.com told me no rooms were available on the night I needed. I called the hotel, and they were very polite and set me up on the right day with zero fuss. Breakfast, while clearly just warmed up and served, was more than adequate. Potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, pastries, coffee... A great place stop while on a 2 day trip.

Hotel entry from the back side of the hotel was a little wonky. Honestly that was about it. I thought the property was very good, and I would have zero hesitation about staying here again.

Huge walk in showers! Very cozy bed. Breakfast was way better than any country inn we have stayed at. this was huge for me!! . Served hot food, bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal with lots of topping choices ,waffles and taquitos. Also had cold items like fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins and hard boiled eggs . 3 juices, apple,orange and cranberry plus large selection of coffee! Would go back just to eat!

Outlets are a little behind. Forgot a port and most places have a usb in the lights or table and there was none. So my phone died. More a me issue but it would have been nice if they had one in the room.

The staff members were all so hdlpful, polite and kind. The breakfast there is the best I've ever had from any hotel. They have both an elevator and more than one star well to use. The pool is indoor. The gym is small but very clean and useful and they keep fresh towels in there with a water station too. They gave us extra pillows!

The bed was a little bit too Firm for my fiancé since she has nerve damage in her lower back. But it was perfect for me.

The employees were very friendly and pleasant. The room and areas I visited were clean. The exterior and parking area were well lit. They had a private security service patrolling parking lot.

The water pressure was low. The toilet seat was broken. There wasn't a designated area for RVs or vehicles pulling trailers. There was a big truck parking area, but you have to drive off a curb the get out.

Always an excellent breakfast and we love the 1 bedroom King Suite. This is our fourth time too stay at this location and we always pull it up first and book it. We look no where else. Try it, you will like it!

The backdoor handle was broken off so you had to walk all the way around front to get in. The temperature was really cold so you had to walk fast to get inside if you had to park in the back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was pretty clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, it had been a while since we’d stayed somewhere with so much of a selection for breakfast.

Although the room was very clean, I did find a gummy worm and a wrapper under the bed, close to the nightstand. I try to check the room out pretty thoroughly before we check out to make sure I’m not forgetting anything and that’s when I saw those two things.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast options were great. Close to restaurants, shopping, and fuel stations.

Minor difficulty regulating room temperature. Bring/ request extra blankets if you tend to be cold. Lighting is not great. (If your roommate is in the restroom, and you have to apply makeup at the desk, bringing a lighted makeup mirror is recommended.)

Nice and clean. My husband had an accident in the bathroom and I needed help getting him up and I called front desk and the young man came immediately and was very helpful and polite. My husband was not hurt but has Parkinson’s and your employee was great. Sorry, I forgot his name.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was clean when we arrived but not clean until after we checked out. I think they should check trash and towels every day.

The easy booking, great location. Price was excellent. The common rooms & the guest room were clean & well stocked. Each staff member I encountered was friendly, & seemed to enjoy being there. Nathan was especially helpful when I checked in late at night. The breakfast was awesome. They had 3 varieties of hot coffee, plus hot water , milk & juice. Several cold cereals & bagels. Hot oats, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, plus biscuits & gravy and a waffle maker. Also a variety of fresh fruits. I can't think of anything else I could ask for!

The room was very cold when I got in. , but the thermostat adjustment responded nicely.
