This is the second time we have joined Vila Mediterana. Five years ago it was a lucky coincidence that we got to this beautiful place, and this year it was another lucky and safe bet. We did not expect to get better care than 5 years ago, but we got it! Nice room with a spacious bed, a large balcony with a beautiful sea view and a terrace, a kettle with full service and of course complete wellness accessories for the bathroom. We had a private beach a few steps away, including free sunbeds, umbrellas and towels. Also a beach restaurant and free parking. And whatever we wished for, we got it at any time. Even as a vegetarian, I felt completely satisfied. The main focus is the always helpful manager Ivan and his excellent team - we can call it the "Dream Team", who are ready 24/7 and are happy to turn any wish into reality. This is 100% 5-star service and we are grateful that they had us on our vacation. We look forward to coming back soon!

This place is pretty, convenient, well kept, well managed and overall awesome but the real value is their staff especially Katja "the multipractic" (as she calls herself) or in American English Jill of All Trades. She covers the front desk, she is the hostess, she takes our food orders, she brings our food, she is the DJ etc etc. We showed up early for breakfast and they didn't kick us out :D I hope the owners of this place pay her in gold because she is worth it. She is the perfect example of what an employee should be and what customer service should be. She literally handles her job with the care of an owner. She should open a little business and train others in customer service because Croatia (and the region) could use it. So, yes, we recommend this place - the food is excellent, it's right on the little private beach with loungers and umbrellas, it feels peaceful and secluded, the price seems reasonable, they have plenty of parking, there is a store and a bakery about 10 min away on foot, it is about 15 min from the airport.

The breakfasts were super, with a good choice of fruit, meats, cheese, bread and eggs cooked to order. The location was perfect for us - virtually on the beach, which had sunbeds and parasols. We had one evening meal at the hotel as it was my birthday and a treat from our daughter. Needless to say it was delicious! The staff are super, with a good command of English and very helpful.

The tree by our balcony obscured the view of the sea a little, but didn't really bother us as we were pleased to have a balcony. I couldn't find anywhere saying that there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room, so took my travel kettle - which was not needed!

Great! Wonderful! Absolutely the best! The staff is THE BEST EVER. The owner is great and the people working in the restaurant are extremaly nice, pleasant and helpful. (People from Croatia are known for being friendly, but people at Villa Mediterana are way above the top!). The hotel is located just two steps from the beach - GREAT! The parking is big enough - GREAT! The restaurant is nice with the very tasty food! - GREAT! The price (out of the season) was reasonable - GREAT! I have reviewed more than 100 different hotels on booking.com and that is simply the #1 of all. For us it is 10/10.

We were staying in the apratment for 5 (2 adults + 3 kids), so we had to walk the stairs to the second floor as there is no elevator. That is really a very, very small issue, which should not bother anybody with working legs.

Location is great for calm leisure and vacation with whole family. Place is in very quiet area. What was really important for us was the possibility to use SUP boards. Well, they have their own which you can use, but if you have your own it’s also ok to keep it pumped for they whole stay as their facility is guarded :) They have the shower so you can wash your SUP from the salty water :) Dedicated parking for guests is also nice add-on. Daily cleaning service was also very professional.

Jacuzzi bathtub was not operational. There were ants on terrace (sporadically).

Everything. The stuff is more then polite and friendly. The place is stunning. All in one place and with fantastic view. Food is awesome and delicious. Generally a highly recommend vacation spot.

Breakfast was absolutely great, in fact everything about our stay at this facility was great. This property deserves a very high rating.

Great location, apartments are large and equipped with everything, the staff is kind and helpful. Private mini beach with sunbeds cleaned every morning. We were very satisfied. 10 points!

A charming hotel run by a dedicated staff with an excellent restaurant. We had dinner there every night of our stay. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is ideal. We used it as our base to visit the coast from Split to Zadar in early April..

Lots of stairs and no elevator but they offered to carry our bags. Really, nothing else not to like but they weren't busy when we stayed there.

Right at the sea, very convenient apartment with breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Worked well for us with 3 small kids.

Not about the apartment, but we were there in April, which is before the season starts and everything was still closed in the area.
