Room 901 is excellent, clean, large with a nice view. The staff was friendly, English was the limit. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and room was good, housekeeping was fine. Breakfast was plentiful, with minimal variation, but okay. Seamless check-in/out, transportation from hotel to airport. Very good and convenient ground floor facilities - ice maker, vending machines, coin-operated laundry. Excellent restaurants around the hotel, convenience store within walking distance. Beach by hotel good, a little around the corner better...

We had interconnecting rooms 901 with 902, but 902 is very different from 901. On arrival there was a strong smell of damp and mould, especially from the air conditioning. We were given an anti-odor spray to deal with this... Disappointing was the drained hotel pool which contained various items. The whole area, including the beach, looked very unkempt and no one had removed the silt. The hotel restaurant and lobby no longer look as pictured, service and refreshments on the beach are non-existent, no beach bar or staff. Occasional queues for breakfast.

We were visiting Okinawa for my birthday and had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The staff was so attentive, kind, and helpful. Our room was spotless and the view was fantastic. Breakfast was good, there were quite a few options for vegetarians, which was much appreciated. The hotels location is perfect for day trips to Nago and American Village areas. There are several restaurants and kombinis nearby. I'd imagine it's even nicer to stay here in the summer when all the beach facilities are open.

Our only real issue was the parking. While free, there are 4 different lots to park in and two are across the street. There is no crosswalk so during busy times, it can be tricky to find a safe gap in the traffic to cross the street.

Big rooms with beautiful ocean views. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were always very happy and friendly! The beach is excellent and right in front of the hotel.

Parking is a bit tricky, if you park across the road it's REALLY dangerous to try and cross - the road is super busy. If you P3 is difficult to find and difficult to get out of with all of the traffic. You can't walk to any restaurants, car is a must. The receptionist didn't seem familiar with beaches in the area- it would've been nice to have had more information from here when we asked.

Beautiful periphery with amazing views and a lot to do if you love the ocean and exploration. The people (staff) are amazing and helpful. They have all of the assistance and knowledge to answer questions. There is an open souvenir store for travelers as well as a beach store front for all things related to the ocean. The elevators are handy ! Breakfast was great and the downstairs diner area allowed us to sit in from of the ocean so beautiful.

My bathroom had a moldy smell however, I believe it may be due to tsunamis as most of the hotels in the area has a similar issue. There was visible mold in the bathroom under the tub. There may be too much moisture.

Friendly staff, good size room and good breakfast buffet.

Without your own/rental car there is not much to do in the area. Also there are not many dinner options. Also 2 times there was no space in the hotel restaurant! I missed having a lunch opportunity or coffee bar.

Rooms were big and clean, bed were comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

Didn’t like that we needed to pay to use everything on the beach. If we are paying to stay at a hotel with a beach, you shouldn’t have to pay to use an umbrella, chair or towel.

Good place, beautiful beaches, best view from room, rooms are spacious just like photos, good place for couples, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast with many choices even if you don't eat japanese food. Bath tub design is premium. Connectivity is good by local buses. You can reach there bus from naha in 2 hour ride.

Location is a bit far then other resorts.

The water park 2-5 y kid ‘s ticket was 500¥ only allow to use small one airbag It must have one adult with one kid Almost the adult only use the small airbag too But the adult ticket was 2500¥ (can be play on biggest airbag) The adult should have ticket price like 1000¥

Direct to the beach. Snorkeling tour was fantastic. The Hotel room is clean and big enough.

You cannot snorkel the beach direct to the hotel. For a safely reason, they are not allowed. Also swim area is limited. You need to pay for the beach sofas, even you stay at the hotel.

Large room with lovely view. Restaurant very good. Nice beach. Clean and recently refurbished. Short walk to convenience store and other restaurants

Beach towels should be included. Front counter reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming on arrival and departure
