Very friendly staff and a nice single room with good facilities. Breakfast had plenty of options and excellent coffee of course. Room was comfortable and had a balcony with great views of the river and the mountains. The double glazing was effective at keeping out the city noises.

No parking provided and can be a bit difficult to find on busy evenings, but managed to find somewhere not too far. The look of the hotel is a bit off putting from the side you arrive on by road and I thought it wasn't the right place at first. Walking to the front though it is much nicer. Coffee making facilities in the room would be a good addition as I missed that.

I wasn't expecting much for 1 night, but my single room for 1 was all I needed. The receptionist was very accomodatingl and helped me out with a charger problem. The room was clean, the bed adequate for the night. A good spot from which to visit local Franciscan sanctuaries. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket (good for a budget traveller) within easy walking distance. The breakfast included with the room had a reasonable selection of fruit and pastries and coffee made to order.

Central location - great for exploring. Staff lovely and helpful. Rooms functional but lacking in soundproofing so very noise. Could hear people talking and next door's tv. Excellent substantial breakfast. I would stay again but with earplugs.

Lovely single room overlooking the river and old city, with distant mountains. I had an early check out and packed breakfast was conveniently provided.

It was a nice room. The bed kinda slipped apart but was fixable. The shower is a little small. But overall it was a very lovely stay. The omelet for breakfast was very good as well!

Low season I guess; but I was able to enjoy a very early check-in with a room ready. Super happy! Thank you! Great cleaning. Amazing staff at breakfast. Very kind man! Very Good breakfast! Location perfect: right in front of the bus stop going to Terminillo. No dinner in hotel available. But good restaurants in town for great prices.
