The staff was very pleasant & helpful with the questions I had. Not to mention always greeting customers as they're coming or going. I really enjoy the atmosphere here 🙂

I was a little disappointed that there wasn't anything low carb, like scrambled & bacon. I understand that it can be tough to serve those items. I guarantee that the hotel guests will eat it. That's my hardest part of choosing a hotel is the continental breakfast. I don't want to sound negative, I just know there are a lot of us people that have to be careful of what we eat. 🙂 I also don't like the way the town made it so hard to drive into the parking lot. when leaving for the day, you have to always take a left turn. Which for someone out of town, it makes it more difficult.

2nd floor hallway carpet had needed vacuuming from day 1. Stuff all over carpet down by our room for all 4 days, never cleaned up. Staff were very friendly, pool are very clean. Room refrigerator had bowl of left over clam chowder in it when we arrived.

See above. Also metal frame and metal support for frame were noisy as heck

great room, clean hotel, quiet guests, and considerate staff that stayed awake for our extra-late arrival :)

would have loved more room attention by housekeeping. i only found out on the second-to-last day of our stay that they don't do any sort of in-room cleaning/bed making unless requested by the guest.

Ian is a great customer service representative. When our key card wasnt opening the room, he accommodated us with a larger room. This turned out great because it had a kitchenette in it. It also was equipped with handicapped accessible shower which is easier for my sister. Next time we stay there we want this room.

The floor was damp and you couldn't lock the outsside door from the outside. We had to lock it from the inside and walk around to the front door to leave.

The room and bathroom were large. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The breakfast was good.

The heating/AC unit was a bit of a guess as to how we'd want to adjust it. No big deal. We were comfortable.

Ian who worked the counter when we arrived later in the afternoon. He was excellent and found out we were all in town for a funeral. He quickly gave us the bereavement discount as well as his condolences. The next morning the staff was outstanding! Breakfast lady was amazing, she offered to help others, went over and above her call of duty

Greeted by very friendly staff. Lightning fast check in! Had exactly the type/location room that I had requested. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Good hot breakfast. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and a variety of breads and cereals with all the fixin's.

I have no complaints about this property.

Staff was quick to help, enjoyed the hot tub, and the beds were comfy.

Breakfast wasn't super great and iron kept appearing broken but issues were fixed quickly.

Wish the breakfast options included some protein, eggs breakfast meat. The location is wonky to get out of unless you are traveling west on 210.

Room overall was good. Bed was comfortable. Location was great

Breakfast hours could be extended a little. We got down at 9 and everything was pretty much gone. Sausages, biscuits.
