Good little hotel close to the train station and a few minutes walk to the town centre. Basic breakfast (bread, cheese, meats, cereals) but that's all you need. Ostersund is pretty small, so it is only a few minutes walk to be in the centre and there are restaurants near the hotel. The lake is a short walk too.

The rooms are basic and can be a bit noisy from other guests in the hallway. For the price, it's good. The room facilities are pretty basic and a hairdryer would have been nice.

The room was well maintained and everything functioned, including the TV channels

I don’t like the insecurity of having no staff at the establishment. There is no-one to call on if there is an issue of some sort. It also feels very soulless and unwelcoming. It’s most ‘inhospitable’ hospitality just to maximise profits.

Very helpful stuff. Very close to train station and within walking distance to local bus station ( Östersund has excellent local bus service) .

Be prepared to get the code to access key via email / txt message. ( make sure you have internet)

The hotel is very close to the train station. The breakfast begins already from 6:30 which was great because l had to catch the train at 7:00. They wash the linen with neutral detegent which l also appreciate very much since l am very sensitive for strong smels.

All over great pricing. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and location was perfect, good and friendly staff.

The room was quite warm even with the fan on. The fridge was also quite warm for a fridge, and the hairdryer even on the warmer settings was cold. The shower door didn't block much splashing. The tv signal could have been better, but all things considered for the price point it exceeded our expectations.

The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good.

As we had a late check-in, there was a process to get into the property as no people were there to do this. We had to enter a number of codes to get in and get our key. This was a bit stressful as we were tired after a full day's travel

The host is polite, patient, and helpful. And the location meets the expectation - Not far away from the city centre while is silent for rest.

It seems that the hotel normally doesn't offer toothbrushes and toothpaste. In my case, I didn't about this issue. Due to arrival at over 11 pm. I had no idea where can I buy both of the items mentioned above while I didn't want to disturb the host at nearly midnight - So what should I do, the only thing I can do is to use the tap water to brush my teeth.

The distance to the train station was only 3 minutes. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. Thee persons behavior was very friendly.

Very convenient location for train-travellers, only a few minutes to walk to the station. Efficient check in and check out. OK breakfast. I have stayed there twice.

Very clean cosy and comfortable.The person at the reception very polite and helpful.I would definitely go again and I would definitely recommend that place.
