The staff were great and everyone helpful. Making me feel comfortable even before I arrived there Krishna Singh made sure I was comfortable. VISHAL Bhattnagar, my personal favourite Vijay who made sure I had my ginger tea daily along with Manish and Rahul, as well.as maintenance person Mahesh Bhai were absolutely outstanding. I will definitely recommend the Hotel.

Few teething problems as the hotel is rather new. Perhaps an extension list or numbers to dial, perhaps a laundry service. **The hotel needs to have more information for guests. Such as perhaps all Temple timings from Mangal Aarti to closing. Staff who are in absolute knowledge will really benefit the team. The hotel is NOT really anywhere near Prem mandir, and the Rickshaw drivers know this so charge stupid prices. The hotel.may also benefits its own transport, say every 1-2 hours to main temples such as Prem mandir or Iskcon. Of course, I would be willing to pay a small charge.

Everything in this hotel was excellent. Its in a very nice location from where you can go all around Vrindavan and Mathura. Evenings if you dont need to go anywhere you can have a good walk in this complex. It also has a nice garden opposite to the hotel. Very nice staff, the manager there is a excellent guy who checks on you for any discomfort if we have. Restaurant and food was very good. All their restaurant staff were very sincere and nice to look after your needs.

All what we can say about this hotel is only nice, and value for money. And having a good time here.

A very chic hotel. Very cool location. Great price. The owner understands Russian. He will help and tell you everything you need. A very good person. The hotel is modern. The rooms are very comfortable. We are very glad that we stopped at this place. The hotel is located in a protected area, there are no street beggars or strangers. Very safe and comfortable. The rooms have a soft bed, excellent ventilation, we would be happy to recommend them to friends. Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tulsi Gardens. The location of the property was indeed very good with nice ambiance. Staff was very polite and hospitality was more than my expectations. I also liked the food very much with excellent room service. There is nothing that I can point on to show that I am not satisfied with anything. Now I have made this place my permanent stay place whenever I would visit Vrindavan in the future. I would like to recommend this place to everyone who wants a pleasant stay at Vrindavan.

The stay was great and comfortable. Especially Shyam Yadav at the desk was very helpful in giving all the information about the local places. It has a good restaurant and the food is good. They allowed me early check-in and again allowed me to put luggages in hotel and stay in reception after the checkout and my train was at 6.30 pm which I used to go out have fun to see the temple town.

I am a regular visitor to this place. It is getting better and better on my every visit. Everything was exactly the same as I found it on my last visit. Food was good as usual. Staff was polite and cooperative. Near and clean rooms. I really enjoyed staying at this place.

Excellent customer service skills displayed by Mr.Pradeep Singh, Mr.Rajveer Singh & Mr.Vijay Kumar Chaudhury. They are the assets to this hotel "Tulsi Garden". I will definitely recommend this hotel for everyone. We extended our stay as well. Rooms are luxurious. Restaurant serves very tasty food but lil over priced. Very safe place with serenity. Beautiful outside Gardens full of Greenery.
