Above all I appreciated the cleanliness and the general value for money, the rooms are always cleaned very well, Maria and Zafeira are great at hospitality and communication. The hotel is quite honestly perfectly located if you're looking for a generally quiet area, close to a nice beach and several car/scooter/quad bike rental if you wanna explore. there's several supermarkets nearby and a great selection of restaurants, I would recommend Jenny's restaurant close by. The room of course had an AC as advertised and the beds were comfortable.

It's not something they can do anything about but at night some people drive by really fast and loud (quad bikes) I'm a heavy sleeper do it didn't bother me but I understand some other reviews that complained about this

The staff was just fabulous. We arrived a little early from the airport and they told us that we can leave our luggage with them and go to the beach (they even offered us towels!) until check in is ready. Once at the beach I received a message that we could check in already, over one hour before official check in time. Communication at this point was great! The room was very spacious and clean! Beds were super comfortable too. Plus the location so close to the beach, meny restaurants and shops was a huge plus. Every one was always super friendly and the room got cleaned every day to our surprise, as the rooms are apartments and this is not a hotel. Plus they changed the towels every two days! All in all this stay was such an amazing value for the money! We will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely nothing!

The location is amazing – everything you need is close (markets, restaurants, beach ...) The beach is great, 2 minutes away on foot, clean with sunbeds, not too crowded. The apartment has two ac units, is cleaned everyday, the kitchen is equipped enough for a quick meal/breakfast.

The beds are uncomfortable, the walls are thin.

Our apartment was quite large. One bedroom was at the front with 2 single beds, the kitchen was in the middle and the other bedroom was at the back. The only problem was the curtains are see through so they let in a lot of light. The balcony is on the main road so it can get a bit noisy if you’re in the front bedroom. The air conditioning didn’t work in the front bedroom then stopped working in the other bedroom but the host sorted it out really quickly and was very apologetic. The location is near a supermarket and great restaurants and beach. The Wi-Fi is very good.

Comfortable place: spacious apartment, great new bathroom, larger than average single beds (put together to make a massive double) with really nice pillows, seaview (first floor), lovely staff, good large TV. Parking space. Excellent value for money. There are USB sockets on the light fittings by the bed, but they are only powered if the light is on, which is a wasted opportunity.

I needed to keep the balcony shut all the time, either for the noise from the road, or cause of the next room users smoking or the mosquitos, all of which can't really be helped. Fortunately keeping the balcony close solved all those issues and there is a small window by the entrance door, so you're not sealed in and the place is large enough so it doesn't go stuffy overnight. More to consider: the mattress is extra firm but that's true everywhere I have been on the island, including 4*. There are 2 steps in the apartment: one to the bathroom and one to the kitchen. I feel that these downsides are very much reflected on the price and this property remains an excellent budget choice.

Beautiful comfy studios with the nicest staff! The studios are big with a tv and airconditioning. The beds were comfy and everything you need is nearby( restaurants, supermarkets, atm machine, car rental,…) and the studio is close to the beach. If you want peace and comfort this is the place to be. The staff is super friendly and they make sure you have everything you need. If I return back to Kefalos, I will definitely book here again.

Property very clean, a few steps far from the beach and very well maintained with all the necessary facilities including Aircon, tv, bathroom very clean and new, tiny kitchen. The Staff is super friendly, I would love to come back! Around the property you can find plenty of beachfront restaurants with great food. And the most important thing: the beach in front of the apartment is amazing, one of the best beach we found in Kos.

Lovely roomy studios in a really great location close to beach, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. Lovely sea views from our balcony of which is quite private. The shower was one of the best we have had in Greece and we had plenty of hot water. Lots of storage, free aircon, safe is 25 euros a week, a very good hair dryer. Staff are really friendly and helpful, cleaning very good and we had plenty of clean towels/bedding. We slept well (and I'm a light sleeper), lots of parking onsite (we hired a car from Stamatis Maria a few doors down (a great service). Make sure you check out Poldo next door.

No hanging hooks, although there are two very large wardrobes there aren't many hangers so make sure you take some with you. Apart from that we were very happy.

Being 1 minute from the best spot on the beach was fab! The restaurant on the beach was superb. You can walk left to the ruins or right to the mini marina. You can easily walk up to the village. Local supermarkets sell excellent pastries and are very reasonably priced.

The road is very busy and high speed with some shocking driving. However, if you shut your balcony door and the shutters, no noise! Just walk single file by the road preferably not at night!

* 5 min to beach by walk * restaurants , cafes & markets around * 20-30 min from Airport by public bus ( check schedule , buses are infrequent ) or taxi is around 18 Euro * most rooms has sea view ( a bit obstructed but really good ) * best beach in Kos!
