Brilliant location, close to all the Castello attractions but also had restaurants and supermarket about 5 mins away. It’s a short walk from the train and bus stations too- albeit uphill! Part of the property is built into the old city walls and view from the balcony was always interesting- a residential area and we felt like locals for the week. The property is full of character, comfy beds and everything needed for a short stay plus breakfasts were tasty and with a wide choice. Deborah who served breakfasts and kept the rooms tidy was lovely to talk with and very helpful as was Giovanni who gave us good tips on where to go and see plus clear directions on how to find the guesthouse.

We liked everything really- just a warning that Cagliari is very hilly and the rooms are also on the first floor but not a problem for us . A very small suggestion would be for a waste paper/ rubbish bin in the room itself - there’s just a small pedal bin in the bathroom. However there are designated bins for recycling etc just next door in the dining room which we did use when needed.

The Bnb was clean, served a decent breakfast and the location was great. Such a charming bnb and the host was really accommodating

the stairs (though i knew about it beforehand) - i didn’t realize that it would be that steep. was just challenging especially when bringing up the luggage

Excellent location, very close to bus stops, restaurants, bars and areas of interest. Self check in was extremely easy, which was handy as our arrival time changed last minute. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable, with a helpful wash line on the balcony where we could dry our swimwear after a day at the beach. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of bread, cheeses, meats, yoghurt, muesli, and fruits. Would definitely stay again!

Not a complaint at all, but the property is on the first floor, so if you have heavy luggage it's something to be aware of!

The breakfast was nice, the con would be that the same items were served every morning but it didn't bother us as we only stayed for 2 nights The room was huge and the bed really comfortable The accommodation is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Cagliari - Castello - and close to hundreds of restaurants, bars and coffee places

It's not a minus because we knew this at the time of the booking but pay attention to the fact that the accommodation is situated in a ZTL zone so between 9pm and 9am you're not allowed to transit the area if you're not a resident. There is a parking lot nearby, max 10 min (Parcheggio REGINA ELENA | APCOA) 10 eur per day.

We loved out two-night stay at Cappuccine Guesthouse. We were attracted by the lovely rustic walls and interiors. It was very authentic and Sardinian which was just what we were looking for. Our room was a nice size with wardrobe storage and hangers - very helpful. The air con system in our room was a big plus. The hairdryer in the bathroom was very handy. The check-in process was made very smooth and easy by Giovanni who was just a joy! The breakfast was very authentically Italian - coffee, croissants, sweet pastries, homemade cake and eggs. The location was perfect - literally a 1-min walk to the main shopping district of Cagliari. Be prepared for some uphill walking with your suitcase to get to the guesthouse though!

The bathroom was a little on the small side and the water flow of the shower head was quite weak. The coffee machine was not properly working so I could not have a frothy soya latte, but no major issue! The staff were so lovely and friendly.

Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus & train station. A very quiet location and communication with host Giovanni was excellent! Alicia was superb and gave us wonderful suggestions of where to go, what to do and how to get there. We certainly would stay again.

The many steps (very steep up) from the main street to get to the B&B, carrying our suitcases was unexpected. Later on, we found another way to get up to the B&B without taking steps.

The location was fantastic for exploring the city. We were only there 12 hours, so it was a quick trip but loved the vibe! The room was charming, great size and had air conditioning! Need to know that there are two flights of stairs, so anyone with mobility issues may find it hard. Giovanni helped arrange an early morning taxi for us which was much appreciated! We were very autonomous with our own set of keys too.

We walked with our luggage from the train station and that was a poor decision. A taxi would have been better as Cagliari is quite hilly. The area around the toilet in the bathroom of our room has a rather strong urine smell (maybe the toilet brush?). It was a off-putting.

The location was central to all the great sites in Old Town Cagliari. Breakfast was ample and prepared fresh daily. There were 2 coffee makers and tea was also available and appreciated. The staff were extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. The property is welcoming and comfortable, making a great home base for us for 5 nights. Water, beer and snacks were available on site at a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed an added bonus of a series of Easter Processions coming right by the property. Highly recommended.

Can't think of anything!

The housekeeper is an angel on earth who tries hard to satisfy all your needs and requirements. If your thing is a time-travel back in medieval times then this is the right place. The owners have kept much of the historic decoration, floors, walls and doors intact and have added modern amenities. Good combination. Also, there are only three rooms that make the staying experience an easy and quiet one.

Breakfast is good and fresh but basic. Normally, someone shouldn't expect much in a three bedroom B&B but few additions would be a nice treat.

The location was perfect, in old town. The accommodation was very cozy and checking in easy. Giovanni is a great host; he sent instructions for self-check in and made sure we arrived to the location. Breakfast was nice and personnel overall very polite and positive. Room itself was very clean and cozy. We slept really well as there was no busy street by our window. Next time I visit Cagliari, I’ll contact Giovanni again for sure:)
