This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, especially when it comes to the culinary delights offered at breakfast!Beyond the incredible breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Every corner was spotless, the linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom gleamed. It's evident that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, creating a serene and hygienic environment that made my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.

I had a great stay at Volcano Spa Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of food. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it's peaceful and well-connected. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it!

We were there for very short stay- one night, however it was very nice. The staff is polite and kind. The bed was very comfortable, everywhere was clean. Fresh towels, clean bathroom. We also went to the restaurant bar- also good place.

I like almost everything. We asked for one single bed, instead we got two separate beds joined- its minor thing :)

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Morning breakfast had a large choice of food and drink which was cooked well and tasty. The restaurant provided delicious meals and superb cocktails! Being positioned near the valley gave easy access to a walk in the beautiful Czech countryside!

There were no tea and coffee facility in the room

I enjoyed a lot staying at Volcano spa hotel. It is very clean, it offers spacious rooms and it is a good accommodation for every purpose. I would like to particularly mention the personnel, very friendly, professional, prompt and helpful! Also the restaurant is very good and breakfast has a large selection of foods. Will definitely come back with a first chance! There is a nice and big park around for a relaxing walk.

Very clean and comfortable spa hotel. Thai massage was amazing. They have such different facilities which is amazing.

The location is a bit far (approx 30mins from the city with the car). It was although a quite neighborhood. The communication with staff in english is a bit hard.

The fitness facilities outstanding All the instructors for the classes I went to were excellent. The reception staff - in particular Bara - were so helpful and efficient.

The wellness area was top and very calm. The receptionist welcomed us nicely. The room was quite modern and valuable for this price

Unfortunately there is only one room with a bath tub but has the same room type, so there was a disappointment after hearing that we pay the same price for less interior…

Nice location in Prague about a 10 min walk from nearest Metro stop. Hotel is very nice and quiet with well appointed rooms. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

No coffee/tea facilities in the room would be my only call out

I had a stylish and comfortable room, very clean and quiet. The hotel is located near a lovely big park where I could do my morning runs and in walking distance to a metro station which makes it easy to get to the city centre.
