Gabriele is a wonderful host, and the bed & breakfast is very clean and well-maintained. Check-in was uncomplicated; Gabriele even sent us a convenient video message via WhatsApp, so we quickly found our room. Breakfast offers a good selection of sweet and savory items, including homemade jam and cake—simply delicious. Unfortunately, there were eggs only on the last day of our stay, but that's okay. It was our first time staying at a bed & breakfast; we usually prefer staying in higher-category hotels. Nonetheless, we leave with positive feelings and enjoyed the family atmosphere. The B&B is perfectly located in Avola, from where you can easily visit many other cities in Sicily. The road to Avola Antica is simply wonderful. There are countless beaches in the area; we even found a small cove where we could enjoy our time alone.

We do, however, want to leave a small but well-intentioned critique. Unfortunately, the hand soap was not refilled, and only two very small shampoo bottles are provided in the shower. These are at least refilled. This might not be customary for a B&B, but we found it somewhat inconvenient. During the 90-minute breakfast period, chairs from other tables are cleared away, quickly creating an uncomfortable atmosphere and restlessness. We also recommend placing small plates at the buffet, as it would be nice to have a clean plate if you want to eat a croissant after oily olives.

Very nice room, everything was new. The city of Avola is a perfect location to visit many other places. Breakfasts were delicious - especially home made bread and tomatoes with olive oil.

The room was perfect, very modern and lots of space. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Location-wise it was very close to major sights and the beach/city center.

Soundproofing is really bad and I had the misfortune of having very loud Italian guests all around me. There was absolutely no courtesy and they came in at Midnight talking loudly in the halls. They couldn't even hear me shouting 'silencio', so loud were they. The entire house echoes unfortunately.

I stayed only one night and it was amazing place. All you need is there including safe parking in front of the house. Gabriele contacted me via WhatsApp and provided all information there.

For some people it can be a bit noisy since the window is on busy street.

Great hospitality from the stuff - everyone was very helpful. New and clean apartment (everything is fresh). Breakfast was very good with home made bread and marmalades, biscuits, cakes etc. Free parking space in front of the entrance. Beach umbrellas available to use for free.

The most important for me was clear hotel not far from sea and I got it here. Good cleaning. Tasty breakfast. Nice people. You can take umbrella here if you don't want to rent it. very nice sand beach (As I've read later, from nearest cities all drive to this beach) is 12 minutes (by foot) away from the hotel. Calm refrigerator and conditioner! It's first placeI where I didn't turn then off during nights! About place and city - there are not a lot of entertainments if you are without car. But it's completely good for swimming, walking around, eating good food, having calm rest.

There are a lot of bikes driving on streets during night , and I had to close windows for night, but it's not a big problem as far as conditioner works calm and in climate control mode (turning on if needed).

The mini split A/C blew on me during the night and gave me a bit of a sore throat.
