great location, very near to train station

We were directed to wrong room on the first day, when we came there was dirty towel above the washing machine. When we informed the staff and asked for clean towel, seems that they realized that my room was not correct so they asked me to immediately move to another room because the room need to be repaired, it was bit troublesome because we have unloaded all our luggage and already stay for 1 night in that room. But overall we are still happy to stay in this hotel, and will come back here in the future

Comfy beds, nice bath, able to open to a tiny balcony for fresh air

Check-in process was painful, the need to sort the tablets and calling people Also they should make the renovation number more clear But yeah saw three people struggling with check in

Clean, lots of beds in our room. Smaller area of Osaka. Super close to the train station.

Lost power to half the power sockets, and wifi dropped out. Service staff had no idea, we figured ourselves.

Fantastic room. Spacious and clean. We found the online check in a bit confusing - mainly because we were tired and stressed from travelling. Room was great.

Good for an extremely cheap stay with five people while still having all the comforts you can expect of a normal hotel stay.
